Yet another update for Gran Turismo 7 is rolling out. This is a very simple one consisting of just some cars, a few races, and one new Scapes location.
The update contains the following:
Four new cars.
Caterham Seven Superlight R500 '08
Hyundai IONIQ 6 N '25
Toyota Chaser Tourer V '97
Toyota Mark II Tourer V '97
Both Chaser models mark the very first a production-version Toyota Chaser has appeared in the franchise since Gran Turismo 2. The only Chaser available from Gran Turismo 3 to Gran Turismo Sport was a tuner model.
The first two games featured a '96 model as opposed to the '97 model in this update.
Three new races.
Japanese FR Challenge 450 - Kyoto Driving Park - Yamagiwa
European Clubman Cup 600 - Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya GP Layout No Chicane
World Touring Car 600 - Suzuka Circuit
One new Scapes location - Whistler Mountain
Quote From Polyphony Digital Gran Turismo 7 will receive an update on 20 August 2026.
The following is a list of contents included with Update 1.71:1. Four new cars, from a lightweight pure sports car to some Japanese neo classics, will be added.
