Yeah this interest me too. I was looking for it during the Snowpocalypse event, it was pain when someone not really active hit me and I was trying to find them to hit them back. Even some choice to sort the names of members from A-Z would help.
Exactly this. But as a workaround I just noticed that typing into the browser address bar something like https://outof.cards/members/madcat/ works.

And I'd also love a member list.
We do have a member list! Its shown under the Forums dropdown.
It isn't pretty as it was never touched beyond the initial barebones site launch but it shows the most recently active peeps. Yeah, we could probably upgrade our search with something to let you search for members. Search is a pain point for the site, we've done a couple of updates to it but it isn't great and I don't know if we want to keep using what we have or find a new solution. TBD
