Secret/Dragon Paladin Theorycraft

Here we see another old classic mechanic return; the paladin secrets.

With all the support it has been getting lately, it is no surprise that this deck is in the front of the mind for many players. The new age Fiery War Axe is upon us in the form of Mysterious Blade, and even dragons are trying to make a comeback. Forget Mysterious Challenger and bring forth your Bellringer Sentry. When Shielded Minibot is gone, where do we luck but Cathedral Gargoyle?

A deck with serious potential, seeing as many cards are essentially older cards that were very strong in their glory days. Secret paladin has seen a small bit of play in the year of the Raven, but it was always overshadowed by it's bigger brother; odd paladin. Now that the beast is gone, there is some more wiggle room.

Contest the board early with secrets and swords, use Commander Rhyssa to get yourself some free value and never run out of cards due to Desperate Measures' twinspell ability. Follow up with a strong dragon package, burst your way through taunts using buffed up [Hearthstone Card (Crowdroaster) Not Found]s in the end game and finish up the game at around turn 9 for the win. Against aggro we have an overwhelming early game with Dragonmaw Scorcher to finally crush their dreams, and against high control and combo decks we can push strong with our card generating abilities. Our biggest weakness would be other tempo decks, or decks built by someone with any experience at all, since I have none when it comes to deck building. But eh, that's why it's a theorycraft I guess.
