LeBlanc Ashe - Fast Midrange

This idea takes the Ashe midrange deck (specifically the one piloted by Adel to the finals of the SEA seasonal) and puts in LeBlanc, along with a distinctly more aggro lineup. 

I'd call this idea a fast midrange deck - not exactly aggro, but faster than the typical Ashe deck. It still has enough frostbites to level Ashe fairly easily, but it sacrifices some of the top end for a faster low end - because LeBlanc cranks up the pressure on the opponent a LOT.
