OVERVIEW

While LeBlanc was booed on released, I actually quite like her. The only problem with her is that her payoff is hard to find targets for within her region, and being in her region is one of the only ways to reliably get cheap five-attack units like Trifarian Hopeful and Basilisk Rider. I put her with Swain so that his damage tools would level LeBlanc and she could use her Mirror Image to copy Swain or the Leviathan.

CARD-BY-CARD

Legion Saboteur: Progresses Swain by 1, but more importantly curves into Trifarian Hopeful.

Ravenous Flock: This is a Swain deck, so I put three of these in.

Black Rose Spy: This card is better than LeBlanc, and it will pretty much always target Swain or the Leviathan when Reputation is active.

Trifarian Gloryseeker: A two drop that can progress Reputation, progress LeBlanc and can kill an enemy unit easily is great. The downside of having only one health will hopefully drag removal away from LeBlanc.

Trifarian Hopeful: 5 damage on a two drop? Yep!

Arachnoid Sentry: Turns on Ravenous Flock and stops an attack (or block!).

Death's Hand: Levels Swain and kills small challengers that could kill LeBlanc.

LeBlanc: Unfortunately Mono-Noxus has absolutely no protection, so LeBlanc will die pretty often against control decks (which is why we have Swain). However, should she survive, she will force a lot of dead blockers from the enemy and her Mirror Image will get some value. We play her mainly for the aggressive body and less so for the flip, which can occasionally gain value.

Noxian Fervor: Our only "protection" spell. Levels Swain by half too.

Scorched Earth: In a landmark meta, this is an easy slot in over Guillotine.

Basilisk Raider: A 5/4 for 4 with overwhelm is great value in this deck!

Bloody Business: This card is a little scary to play if they reduce the attack of your unit, so be careful against Shurima or Freljord mainly.

Whispered Words: This card is so insane, and the whole reason to pair the Reputation package with Swain. 2 mana draw 2 is literally an Emperor's Deck card, it's that good.

Kato the Arm: Not only does he deal 3 damage, he gives almost every unit in our deck the ability to deal 5 damage and then some. We play him for that reason.

Swain: A great win condition against most board-based decks is to run Swain and Leviathan. If we copy Leviathan with Black Rose Spy or copy Swain with Mirror Image, it will often just win the game or at least clear the board.

Trifarian Assessor: This will rarely not draw a card, and can definitely draw a lot more (on curve!).

Leviathan: A win condition by itself with Swain, it only gets nuttier when copied.
