 Keep in mind that I'm not great deckbuilder. To be honest I just wanna play that chad lucian no matter what. Also check out more refined concept in the comment section presented by user Almaniarra.

Lucian, Senna, Highwayman, Conspirator and Zed are great Inspiring mentor targets, especially Zed (4/3 plus shadow 4/3 on turn 3). You can get out of the mystic shot and avalanche range, only grasp can reach you tho. Lucian will probably stay unleveled most of the time but that's fine, 3/2 (or 4/3) quick attack is still good. I will make some tweaks for sure after open beta launch.

Update:

Changed 'Back to back' to 'Dawn and dusk' 

Ghost on one of your units, then Dawn and dusk as a finisher.

  • I would replace 3x Sparring Student with 3x Greenglade Duo. This card is just so powerful with with Zed + great target for Dawn and Dusk.

    You don't need those Jeweled Protectors. That card is just too slow for this kind of deck.Shadow Assassins are more useful and because you don't have draws.

    I would change the deck completely like this if you want to go with Zed/Lucian;

    If you want you can change 2x Stand Alone with 2x Scaled Snapper .

    I don't think handbuff from Jeweled Protector with Highwaymans will work with Lucian/Zed package tbh.

    • Hey! Thanks for help with the deck. Yours definitely look better than mine. Now when Im thinking about it stand alone is just better jeweled protector. Turn 3 (odd attacks) zed with mana banked stand alone looks like a great play. Also Im curious how death mark gonna work out. I don't want to copy your work so I just add a note in the guide to check out your deck. Also what do you think about dawnspeakers? Too slow for this deck? Not enouch tokens?

      • It should be replaced with 2x Back to Back and 1x of another card if you really want but it is better in Shadow Isles/Demacia decks in my opinion.

        With Silent Shadowseer, Dawnspeakers probably would be cool in this deck but I don't think you can fill the board with Ionia/Demacia so much times so it can't buff minions so much times and well, you know Burst spells are better in most ways thanks to Spell Mana.

        But Dawnspeakers are probably one of the best cards of the set but as i say above Shadow Isles is better target for it. I would use it in this deck than Ionia/Demacia one;
