Ionia Viego control has always been very close to a viable deck with fringe competitive play.
Well we ain't fringe anymore, we can kill small stuff and big stuff, lots of healing, lots of removal, lots of sac fuel, and of course the 7 mana finisher spell at the end.
The curve doesn't reflect the mana deductions.for both Kindred and vengeance.
