This deck is meant to be an aggressive deck that can do an absurd amount of burst damage. Originally, I had planned to make the Nightfall package less relevant than it is currently but after a few tests, the Nightfall package seemed to be better than I had initially thought and I made it more Nightfall heavy.
How this deck plays out:
This is a very basic Aggro deck. If you have ever played Noxus or Nightfall then this deck shouldn't be too hard to pilot.
Your gameplan is to basically play early minions and try to get your Nightfalls to trigger and try to sneak in a good chunk of damage with your Overwhelms and Quick Attacks.
This deck uses a lot of Burst Speed spells such as Elixir of Wrath to activate your Nightfall triggers effectively. Draven's Spinning Axe is also one of the best ways to trigger them and that was the main point of the deck. So don't be afraid to discard some cards aggressively such as your big drops like Cygnus the Moonstalker.
Your win condition with this deck would usually be Kato The Arm, Cygnus the Moonstalker for a sneaky combo, and Captain Farron against very Control heavy matchups. Leveling Diana is very much secondary and in the first iteration of the deck, I wasn't running as much Nightfall to level her up and it was still fine. Draven is also a good win condition because his Spinning Axe gives you so much value that sometimes it's fine to sacrifice Draven for a block just to get an extra one.
Matchups:
As I have not figured out all the matchups this deck has, I'm not very confident in my statements but I can at least say what matchups I had an easy time with or what I had a hard time with.
Bad matchups:
Depending on what kind of Control deck, this deck would usually do poorly against them. Unless their gameplan is very value related (such as Asol Ramp or Deep Nautilus), then this deck would usually just lose the matchup. This deck does not do particularly well against decks that have direct damage. PnZ and SI are two regions you'll have to watch out for. As this deck has really low health minions, if they get removed then it's hard to do anything until you get Kato The Arm or Captain Farron. Against them, I suggest you just try to get very early drops and some combat tricks as they are your way of sneaking damage in.
Good matchups:
This deck does really well against Midrange and Aggro decks. The fact that we have Quick Attacks and Overwhelm means that almost every single trade we will usually win as long as we are the attacker. However, don't be afraid to take blocks as well, especially with Draven. Sometimes taking aggressive trades could get you a really huge board advantage that your opponent simply can't deal with.
Card Choices:
There are a lot of these cards that you can definitely change if you feel that it does not work out well. I have been trying out a lot of different cards as well and I want to explain why I run X and not Y.
0x Solari Soldier - This one should be obvious. Most decks running Nightfall in Targon would usually be running this card as the easiest 3 of. However, I found out that this card lacks what it needs to be good. Keywords. Whenever I play this on 1, this would be a decent card as it will almost guarantee a hit to the face or block out the other attacker, but on turn 2 and so on, this card would only be a vanilla 2/2 that doesn't do much when you buff it. I found myself replacing him entirely because of how rarely he gets used.
2x Elixir of Wrath - I know that this card usually isn't good but this card doing +3 damage actually matters much more than initially thought. There a lot of big health minions running around right now such as Leona, Trundle, Swain, and this card allows you to bypass all of them pretty effectively with Quick Attacks. This card can also be used aggressively for Nightfall triggers. (This is a card you can definitely cut if you don't find it effective but I suggest you give it a try.)
3x Lunari Duskbringer - Pretty obvious why. This card was the card that I replaced Solari Soldier with and it's much more effective. For a 2/2, you get a 2/1 that draws you basically a 0 Mana do nothing. Makes your curve so much better and even if the Duskpetal Dust isn't very good, then at the very least it could be used as a discard target.
3x Spacey Sketcher - Discard synergy. All Celestial minions she gets are insane for this deck and the spells are very conditional but again if they are bad then they are good discard targets.
3x Precious Pet - Fearsome early on is easy damage.
0x Solari Shieldbearer and 2x Startled Stomper - Solari Shieldbearer is the same reason why Solari Soldier sucks in this deck. The Startled Stomper seems to be better than most other 2 drops in these two regions as it has Overwhelm and trades very well against all 1 drops because of its 2/3 statline.
3x Diana - The very reason why we're using this deck. A good statline with Quick Attack and an easy buff target. Leveling her is not a win condition but it certainly does help.
3x Lunari Shadestalker - Good buff target and statline.
3x Pale Cascade - Insane combat trick and easily the best card in the deck. Would run 6 if I could.
2x Transfusion - I know that this card just seems to be way worse than Pale Cascade at first glance, but this card is actually just as good. Most people would say that Pale Cascade does the same thing but that's exactly the point. This card is like Pale Cascade, and that's why I'm running this because you just want more combat tricks and Transfusion is sometimes a better card that Pale Cascade with the extra +1 HP.
3x Crescent Guardian - This card used to be Iron Ballista before I realized that Nightfall triggers do matter and most of the time it's just better than it. A good buff target and sometimes this card could be game-winning.
3x Draven - The reason why Nightfall triggers are easier to be used. His Spinning Axe makes Nightfall so easy and not to mention this is a Quick Attack.
3x Vision - This one is a bit of a troll card. I ran this because I have a bunch of Discard synergy and sometimes this card is a really good card. Sometimes this card is bricked in your hand as a 3 Mana card that does very little. Sometimes it's insane. This card can definitely be cut or reduced but I currently have no qualms about it.
3x Kato The Arm - Insane card that gives your Quick Attacks a way to use their stats and get very favorable trades. The moment this card gets nerfed in some way is the day this deck dies.
2x Cygnus the Moonstalker - Usually a very good game-ending card but is usually a discard target. I will say that this card combos very well with any minion with a huge attack such as Diana or Kato The Arm and sometimes playing 2 Elusives instead of 1 is much better. You can cut this card but it's still pretty good.
2x Captain Farron - Basically how you win against Control. Decimates get you reach and the fact that this is an 8/8 and has Overwhelm is a bit insane.

A comment about Solari Solider - the reason he gets used so often is because he is a 1-cost nightfall activator.
Yeah, I know. He just kinda falls short because of that. This deck has a lot of Nightfall activators already and I don't think his statline helps much here
