Ezreal TF

I am currently [Bronze 3] but I won 6 games in a row with this deck. So it must be decent.

Mulligan:

Against mirror, keep your Rex and maybe a Warning Shot. 

Against Aggro: Mulligan for Make it Rain or Mystic Shot or even a TF.

Against everyone else: Put Ezreal into the deck and try and get a turn 3 or 4 play (Petty Officer or TF)

Strategy: Either level up TF or Ezreal. TF just draw cards while protecting him with spells or nabbed items. For Ezreal: Warning Shot + Riptide Rex levels him up very easily while also clearing the board. Riptide Rex is your game finisher most of the time.
