  I am afraid that you missunderstood Star Spring: it doesn't progress as you heal your nexus. Therefore this list will almost never have Star Spring being a wincondition

  I didn't misunderstand, I just designed this as a stall deck that wins with inevitability. Mostly just a theorycraft. I think Soraka would change this a lot already.
