This deck uses the snowball nature of the Augment cards to generate very high power units, then use Give It All to give them elusive (unless they already have elusive from being Nyandroid or V Viktor having an elusive hexcore, then we just win with unblockable units.)
CARD-BY-CARD ANALYSIS
Poro Cannon: Generates two created-by-cards, along with two elusive units. Probably one of the better cards in the deck.
Jury-Rig: We have lots of cards that discard in this deck, so this is pretty good at getting some additional value (We aren't running Flame Chompers! because most of our units can't be blocked anyways, so there isn't a use in using a challenger unit to remove blockers)
Rummage: I might cut this card, it's yet to be seen whether the other forms of card draw in this deck are enough.
Spacy SketcherBADCARDNAME: Generates a created-by-card, which is good because Celestial cards are especially strong. It can also generate an Elusive unit for our Give It All combo if needed.
Ballistic Bot: Generates a created-by-card every turn, helps fill out our mana, and pumps itself for our Give It All wincon.
Mystic Shot: As a PnZ deck, we are obligated to run this card. We play this instead of MK1 Death RayBADCARDNAME because MK1 can't burn the enemy nexus and also dilutes our draws horribly late game.
Pale Cascade: As a Targon deck, we are obligated to run this card. This and Mentor are the reasons to pair with Targon, and we you find ourselves wanting to cut this card, I don't think Targon is the right pairing for Viktor.
Hexcore Foundry: This lets us dig for our Give It All if it is needed, while also providing extra reach of we run out of cards. (We aren't running Piltover UniversityBADCARDNAME because that card is still bad even with the synergy with Augment because paying that much mana for that slow a value engine isn't worth it)
Mentor of the Stones: This gives your Augment units +6 attack with the Gems it generates, while also being a pretty good support unit for all of our Elusive units.
Nyandroid: This is going to get huge pretty quick, and your opponents will be forced to use removal. Also works pretty well with our Give It All combo.
Aftershock: Out catch-all removal for small units and landmarks. I like this more than Gotcha! because we already have so much discard, and this card also hits landmarks.
Viktor: This card is so great in this deck when flipped. Our Gems are free, our Ballistic Bot's pings are free, our Poros are free, and are celestials are free or reduced. He also presents a snowball wincon as well, and he is obviously great with Give It All.
Subpurrsible: We are going to get ten different cards super quick, but just a 1/5 Elusive that draws a card is ok. The Elusive is of course important for Give It All, but the Subpurrsible represents a short clock on its own.
Give It All: For now, I'm running one, but whether or not we need more will have to be seen. This card ends the game, but you need a specific board state to attain that. I'm thinking with all of our draw, it's probably fine.

This looks like a really solid theorycraft here. I might give this a try when the expac drops.
Why no Mimic?
Too expensive. It doesn't come with Elusive, generate created-by cards, or cost very little, so I cut it from the deck.
