  • Even if Ascended's Rise levels up champs in deck, the level up doesn't count until you play them, so you still need to draw them (which is not that hard since we have the 0 mana draw a champ spell)

    • Oh wait I see what you mean now

  • Quick question, since the card doesn't say EVERYWHERE, are you sure it also levels the champions in the deck?

    • It says ALL. If it were to say everywhere, it would refer to champions created throughout the game. All will only level the ones in your deck/hand/ field.
