Lore

“No petting the Shadhavar, folks! They’re wild creatures and you DO NOT want to hear wind blowing through that thing. The Shadhavar was first written about by Al-Qazwini who lived in the 1200’s. Shadhavar horns were given as gifts to kings, and legend says that just hearing the music can make a person feel elated or even fall asleep. Guess we’ll play some of that next time someone brings kids on the tour.” - Vahid Lajani, guide for Golden Sands Tours
