I don't know where people get this nonsense about minotaurs being great hulking territorial monsters... I mean, sure, they're strong and maybe a bit stubborn when pressed, but who isn't? Fundamentally, they're more cow than monster, and that means a nice, stable life (heh). A minotaur is more likely to debate policy with you over a nice vegan casserole than challenge you to a duel.
