Lore

The Xerxians operated in the shadowy alleyways and the hidden bazaars looking for those willing to broadcast their message, either out of principle or for cash. How they did so varied, from flyers in disenfranchised areas, to selective information dumps on potential high-profile sympathisers. The misdeeds of the Zealots and the Empire began to spread. The Empire didn’t realise that they created their own worst enemies. Lore submitted by Mr. Moonlight
