How to Juice the Untainted Paradise Map in Path of Exile 2

Untainted Paradise is one of the Unique Maps in Path of Exile 2 which can appear at random on your World Map in PoE 2's Endgame. Like all Unique maps, it has a special modifier that is unique to it and in this case, it's a huge amount of increased experience.

That increased experience, however, has a price. The monsters on the map do not drop any items. There are also no bosses on this map, so completion simply requires killing all the Rare monsters.

Can You Modify Untainted Paradise With Tablets?

No. Untainted Paradise does not work with tablets due to its status as a Unique map. No Unique maps can be modified by tablets.

Can You Add Modifiers to Untainted Paradise Via Waystones?

Yes! Untainted Paradise does gain additional modifiers from the Waystone used to activate it. Because of this, you'll want to choose a Waystone with the highest possible:

• Pack Size - More monsters, more experience

• Monster Rarity - Better quality monsters, more experience potential

• Monster Effectiveness - Increases the experience earned from monsters

There is also an Atlas Passive in the Atlas Skill Tree specific to Untainted Paradise on the left-side. Taking Verdant Growth gives you 15% more Monster Packs inside of Untainted Paradise, which ends up giving your more experience.

Speaking of Atlas Skills, all skills you pickup in the tree can have an effect on Untainted Paradise. Anything that increases Effectiveness of monsters will give you additional experience gain, skills that increase pack size are always good to have, and anything specific to Water areas, due to Untainted Paradise appearing in Water biomes, will help here including skills which increase the number of Magic Monsters. Just remember, no additional content works.

Can Untainted Paradise Have Additional Content?

No. League-based and "additional content" cannot be present on Untainted Paradise due to its status as a Unique map.

More Ways to Boost the Experience Gain

In Qimah (at the Seven Pillars), you can pick up the Alima's Disgrace buff for 5% added experience... though that does come with several downsides. Worth it for a momentary boost of experience though if you're trying to min-max and won't be too hurt by the negatives.

There is a Heavy Crown Unique called [poe2item]Cornathaum[/poe2item] which provides 5% experience gain. They are typically only a few Exalted Orbs on The Market.

You can make your helmet even better with Saqawal's Rune of Memory which is a Rune that goes into an Augment Socket that provides a 2% experience gain. It's not much, but it's honest work. They're a bit more expensive than the Cornathaum helmet, but not prohibitively so if you're trying to min max the smallest gains.
