What is Elemental?

Elemental minis are those that inflict Elemental damage; surprising, I know. Elemental damage is not reduced by the Armored trait, although it is reduced by those with Resistant.

Synergies & Strategies with Elemental

Many Tank minis come with Armored to reduce the damage they take from physical sources: nothing stops a sword or claw quite like Armored. Well, Elemental sees your Armored and says "Nope!" By ignoring the Armored trait, Elemental minis can chew through the enemies' Health bars no problem...as long as they don't have Resistant, that is. It is important to maintain a variety of damage sources so you're not immediately shut down by someone with Armored or Resistant!

Elemental damage also works doubly effective against those with the Vulnerable trait.
