So running 1 Jyn allows you to essentially have 15 agressive 1 drops - guaranteeing the dreaded tripple one drop round two play
12 2 drops including out of region options
Doom beast on 3
And all the spells you need are decimate, and noxion fervor
And when your board gets answered just slam augmented experimenter to draw 3 cards?
Thats hilarious, at the end of the day the question isn't is Jyn or Annie a good card.
Is having guaranteed cheap aggro plays, into burn, into draw good?
It probably isn't without value, without leveling Champs, but man is it funny.

You need to explain this better. I have no idea how you are getting five different aggressive 1-drops with skills and four 2-drops with skills as well.
The only 1-drop with a skill that I see is demolitionist. 2-drops, also don't see many of them there either.
Imperial Demolitionist is a 2 drop I think you meant Legion Saboteur.
Since Annie is Noxian you have access to Noxus aggro package cards like Legion Rearguard and Precious Pet even if they don't have skills, Crackshot Corsair ability is also counted as a skill by the game.
As for the the 2 drops you have access to Boomcrew Rookie, Imperial Demolitionist, The Stagehand and Tusk Speaker.
OK, I think I wasn't grasping how Jhin works. I understand now.
But here's my take on this idea- Annie is kinda bad. So, why advertise immediately to your opponent that you're all-out face aggro? Especially since Annie isn't really that good anyways?
I started with 3x Katarina instead, but with the burn aggro package. Then I realized that I could get more early aggression and tempo by dropping to 1x Katarina (with 1x Jhin).
But at that point, I figured Katarina still looks pretty aggro, and there's only 1 of her anyways, so why not disguise it a bit? So now I've landed on 1x Vladimir and 1x Jhin as my champs.
The truth is nobody knows what the perfect Annie list is.
The one everyone plays only has a 52 percent winrate.
Deep by the way hitting 56 these days which is great.
So there are lot's of opportunities to brew, like plunder could be a thing, use annie to flip sejunai
Or have Darius as a big finisher
Or use her control with ezreal, the Swain version isn't great
put her in spider aggro
don't build around her and just do pirate aggro
Run her in stuns with Yassao
Like I refuse to believe that a card as good as Annie cant do better then 52 percent
There should be no surprise that Annie Jhin, a burn archetype that's easy to build and like most burn decks is easy to pilot is very popular and successful early in the season.
Decks aren't refined, optimal control configurations aren't figured out so aggro is favoured for now... I think however that this archetype has not even close the staying power that it needs to remain a t1 deck.
If I take for example Bard as the imo best champion from the expansion then you see an archetype that can keep up with burn in the earlygame while outscaling burn big chimes later in the game.
I am currently playing Bard Maokai and have 0 problem with burn because I have often the better earlygame, i got healing en mass and the by far better lategame.
I also don't struggle with control with this deck. The only thing that might be tricks to beat are other more greedy bard lists and combo lists.
