Marvel Snap's December season has started, and it's The Power Cosmic! The new season brings with it a new Season Pass for players to purchase and complete to get a new card and exclusive cosmetics. It also brought a rank reset for all players, so it's time to start climbin' again.

The Season is broken into four week-long chapters, with Chapter Missions to complete for Season Pass XP. To start us off, Chapter 1: "Rise of the Silver Surfer," has its first three Missions unlocked.
The Power Cosmic Season will end at 7 PM PT on Monday, January 2 (2 AM UTC on Tuesday, 3 January).
The Quick Breakdown
The Power Cosmic Season Pass card, Silver Surfer, is a 3 Cost card with 0 Power and "On Reveal: Give your other 3-Cost cards +3 Power." It can be picked up by purchasing the Premium Season Pass. If you don't buy the Premium Pass, you can earn it on the Collection Ladder either in January, when it's added to Series 5, or when it is added to Series 3 during the February 2023 Season.
Since The Power Cosmic Season marks eight weeks since Miles Morales was added to the game, look for him to make his way into Series 3 sometime during this month, when the next patch goes live.
The Premium Season Pass's exclusive cosmetics:
- Variants for Silver Surfer, The Collector, and The Infinaut
- Silver Surfer, The Collector, and The Infinaut Avatars
- A Silver Surfer card back
- Two Titles
The Power Cosmic New Locations:
- Lamentis-1: Draw 3 cards. Destroy both decks.
- Klyntar: After turn 4, merge your cards here into a Symbiote.
- Vormir: The first card you play here is destroyed.
- Morag: You can't play your first card here each turn.
Ranked Rewards
With the rank reset, it's time to get up that ladder once again. All players have been reset thirty levels from their rank at the previous Season's end (if you were somewhere in Diamond, you should be starting at Level 30 Silver). You won't drop below Iron (Rank 10). Below are the ranked rewards for The Power Cosmic season. You'll have to play ten games to earn the ranked rewards you've already unlocked post-reset.

Season Pass
The full Season Pass rewards for this Season are listed in the table below, and there are three options. The Free Season Pass contains only the rewards listed under "Free." The Premium Season Pass costs $9.99 USD and has all the rewards of the Season Pass. The Premium+ Season Pass costs $14.99 USD and provides an immediate ten level boost for the Premium Season Pass.
All told, the Free Season Pass contains 2300 Credits, 85 random Boosters, 300 Gold, a new Title, and a Cosmic Snap card back, plus whatever you get from the Season Caches.
The Premium Season Pass contains all that plus 300 Credits, 110 Silver Surfer Boosters, 60 The Collector Boosters, 60 The Infinaut Boosters, 900 Gold, and four Mystery Variants. It also has the Silver Surfer base card and exclusive cosmetics that will not return in the future: Variants for Silver Surfer, The Collector, and The Infinaut; Avatars using the art of those Variants; two Titles; and a card back.

Yeah, the free season rewards got worse, sadly.
Why? You get 100 credits more, 100 gold more, title and cardback instead mysterious variant. I would say they got better.

All these locations will be annoying as hell. And damn, Knull looks crazy.
That's not true, you get 100 gold less. 100 credits doesn't matter, I mean, c'mon, it's just one daily mission. And Title and a cardback instead of TWO mysterious variants, does it worth it? There will be plenty amount of titles anyway, and the free one that you get pretty easily is probably not something you will be proud of. Same goes for the free cardback. Two alternate variants worth 1400 gold, I'll take that over the free stuff anytime.
