Wait Mark actually got a card reveal finally??? What a champion.

I guess the Entrapped Sorceress died behind bars and became the Dispossessed Soul.  

Possibly the best incentive to running a location, but the cost may be a little to high for a tracking for 4 mana, even with vanilla stats.

Still, an option to consider. If the deck is heavy with very specific stuff like how shaman would be with Convincing Disguise, or any infuse cards for that matter, then this card may be worth an inclusion even with that cost.

A potential threat for Mark's future OTK's with locations. 

Pretty much the weakest of the Relics, but considering that all of them are subpar on the first cast, they need something to get the ball actually rolling, and this absolutely fits the bill. Bad Moonbeam on first cast, slightly worse Fel Barrage on the second, we're not running this card because it's good, we're running it to make the other relics better.

Now that we know what the dang Relics do, this is pretty good card with Relic of Dimensions or Relic of Phantasms. I'm having a little issue picturing the whole deck that the Relic package goes in, but overall it seems solid enough consider building around.

I'm thinking same as you. We heard recently (and repeatedly in the past), that they aim for their cards to be easy to understand to (nearly?) everyone.

Yet time after time, they introduce such cards, which give "invisible" effects, which you have to guess yourself...

Come on, is it that hard? Once we hover over 1 of those cards (or in card played log) - show us CURRENT and IMPROVED, other relic cards.

And they will not do this. So much for "cards easy to read and understand" (PR bullshit).

Seems like to me you're only thinking in the worst-case scenario.

Since my opening was about the worst-case draw scenario, one likely to come up slightly less than 50% of the time, that's correct, but I don't think that means what you think it means.

To reiterate, the point is that the draw-plus-body engine alone doesn't do anything and it can't be slotted into any presently-known DH deck in standard to improve or keep it at parity. It almost-but-not-quite could fit into a DH weenie deck, but that deck is bad right now and its lategame isn't really strong enough to get anything done.

Which was my overall point. If you're not winning the game, drawing cards and making many small minions is meaningless. If the DH card pool had different cards in it than it does at present, there'd be, for example, possible OTKs available as lategame finishers. And if even one of those is revealed, the value of these cards skyrockets. Which is what I said.

Priest has incredible card draw with Handmaiden. Priest is having an extremely hard time winning games because card draw without a solid win condition is meaningless. Pretending that having a strong draw option is the same thing as a game-winning effect won't somehow transform the former into the latter.

There are still plenty of reveals available. If we get a mid-late DH finisher, the Relics will be powerhouses. Alternatively, if a card can justify fitting Relics into the existing Fel archetype -- by making them Fel or by providing Fel generation or something -- then these slot in. Still plenty of time for either to show up.

A card like this is undoubtedly necessary to have available. So it's a bit of a shame that it's an epic. Seems like something that should've been a Common.

And if they insist on making it an Epic, it could at least have had a slightly more interesting design.

Extremely weak as a tech card, especially since most locations so far are very low-cost, so chances are the opponent already got one proc or even two before you're even able to get this into play. And it doesn't even have yeti stats!

I'm pretty sure I'll go with some variation of this, but I'm wondering if I should hive it an optimal statline. I mean, you need your opponent to have two minions AND have some means to damage one of them for this to be effective...

Also, maybe the class should be Warlock, as the effect is a curse. But man, I like this artwork so much for this effect.

Seems pretty interesting, at least if it is properly infused. 
He loves all his Gargons equally. (Hecutis is his favorite and it's not close.)

I didn't mean it too literally, just frustrated they're only showing the un-upgraded versions.

Could have been more interesting if it didn't specify the Location had to be an enemy. Then we could have seen Location self-destruction effects/archetypes, like with Runeterra and Countdown. Perhaps we'll see that in the future?

My guy have you played in the last two weeks? Renathal makes half the games 15 minutes long and go to fatigue

As for the card itself, it ain't a Rustrot Viper but it's definitely necessary considering that there will be more locations in the future.

If you need an answer to locations, this would be it. A tech card with subpar but nevertheless good enough stats, nothing more nothing less.
