AMAZING minion. I dont even need to look at synergy to give it a 5/5 stars.
In standard you have cards like Granite Forgeborn which battlecry you probably like to repeat, and in a more control focussed Shaman deck you can repeat Mutanus the Devourers battlecry. Wait a second... Play Mutanus the Devourer, then the turn after maybe you can Bolner Hammerbeak + Brilliant Macaw + more battlecry minions to just empty your opponents hand? That sounds both mean and fun to try out!
In wild: Shudderwock is going to enjoy this card. I wonder if shudderwock can go infinite after you play a couple Brilliant Macaws because it could potentially repeat Shudderwock battlecries over and over. If that's the case, i bet there probably going to nerf/fix Shudderwock so it doesn't, because infinite shudderwock sounds way to strong/Annoying. Imagine infinite shudderwock with no damage dealing battlecries, just to stall time and force one player to concede in order to end the game because of infinite animations... I really hope Shudderwock doesn't go infinite with a couple Brilliant Macaws.
I am pretty sure that this card will allow you to use Bolner to replay a battlecry from a previous turn because Bolner isn't a battlecry effect. This effect is insane, but surviving long enough to pull off the combo will be the hard part. I think this will see play, but it probably won't be game winning (most of the time).
Not sure if this card will make Galakrond Shaman powerful enough to come back, but it's definitely an insane upgrade. Being able to repeat Galakrond, the Tempest, Primal Dungeoneer, or even just Golakka Crawler is a very powerful effect.
Bolner isn't a battlecry. Presumably, Macaw will copy whatever battlecry you played on your previous turn, then more battlecries will make that battlecry happen again?
Well it won't be infinite, pretty much everything in the game is limited in iterations. So at the worst case you'll sit through 30 empty animations. Maybe 60 is macaws somehow loop around the usual code

May cost 4 and have 4/3?
Remains to be seen. I think it has potential but I don't want to sell it down the river or put it on a pedestal just yet

More efficient Bog Slosher
Love these bird cards. There will be some shenanigans with this!
What happens if you play this with Bolner? Infinite loop of nothingness?

yeah but if you play Bolner and then two parrots without having played any battlecries previously it should loop infinitely
