Heya! Our Known Issues thread mentions the card bbcode tags being removed. It was not an intentional change, just when we upgraded the editor all our old plugins no longer worked. The next site update will have this resolved, alongside a bunch of other stuff!
I have added the quote problem to the known issues thread. I missed adding it in the last thread update.
I also notice not "really" being able to quote anyone's comment, or at least not the way it used to work. You can click "quote" but it appears as simply replying to a comments and doesn't bring the "quotation material" in the text box anymore.

The demon discover pool isn't the problem. The main problem is having a 3 mana 6/5 on turn 4 almost every game. Magtheridon is honestly just a win more card and only required against Token Hunter matchups.

While this new agreement benefits players worldwide due to the botting problem, I have a sneaky suspicion that it won't resolve the problem completly. Players will still buy the super arena draft accounts and ladder botting will still be possible. I'm sure it'll still take time for Blizzard to regain trust from the Chinese playerbase but there is hope that being allowed to play HS in China will reduce botting in other regions.

Just take Magtheridon out of Window Shopper's pool. Maybe even specify that it can't discover any Legendary. Even make it a random Demon to increase the number of bad discovers.
The amazing level of difficulty is still intact in geometry dash breeze, despite the fact that there are only three levels available for players to select from

I completed the Paladin one in Wild using just about every card that draws cards. I had no intention of winning any games (and I didn't!), as this card is just rubbish. I was just focused on surviving long enough to complete the achievement, which I did after 3 tries. Boring, but done now.
Similar strategies would probbaly work for some of the others, like Warrior and Warlock.
I'm pissed that most of these require either a Legendary or an Epic, most of which I did not manage to unpack.
Some, like the Shaman and Priest ones, will just happen eventually if you have the needed cards and play them in a viable deck.
I'm planning on trying for the neutral Mustache one by running mostly removal and healing spells, plus a handful of minions that can deliver lethal from hand, like Leeroy and Alexstrasza. Maybe Warlock with Doomguard? Maybe Hunter with King Krush?
We all know the main problem is the Umpire's Grasp + Window Shopper interaction so wouldn't be surprised if there's a nerf to 1 or both cards. I'm leaning more to the weapon nerf only though coz the problem with Window Shopper is the limited demon pool which should get resolved in the next expansion. The most likely nerf is increasing the mana by 1 or 2 coz we all know Blizzard loves their mana cheating even though that's the problem.
If they do end up nerfing both cards, it'll most likely just be a mana increase to slow down the combo by a turn or 2.
There are also other references in all classes like some archetypes returning, even some cards are only references for their art and name, some have references on their flavor texts and some mechanics like Pipsi Painthoof but it can't be called under this topic i guess.
Almost all cards are references in this expansion, you can find if you dig deep enough. It's an anniversary so it is normal i guess.
Even though i don't like this expansion's meta, I loved it being in a toy shop for anniversary. It feels like visiting a comic shop for toys and figures of a movie, like Star Wars or Marvel series for example. I loved the theme a lot. I can't think any other theme for an anniversary expansion, maybe except Darkmoon Faire. Old Gods are coming and corrupting all existing cards but we saw it before twice.
Had a bad morning and decided "fuck it, I'm gonna buy + install Lies of P." But, while waiting for that, I found a demo for Unicorn Overlord on the Switch and got sucked into a completely different game than I intended today lol.
As I've stated multiple times, I have a problem with half-finishing stuff lately. I need to see about updating my medication or somethin', because either ADHD is really kicking in or my depression is keeping me from finding motivation to stick with games. It's like I have a wandering eye, trying to find the perfect experience that'll make me feel better.
But I really want the Demonic Illidan skin, and still need 270 DH wins. There's no way I can play that many games before the 16th! I have a job and a family!
But seriously, the deck is nuts! The low number of demons for Window Shopper to discover makes it way to consistent. Could have it set the discovered demon to the same stats and reduce cost of it rather than setting to the same cost as the Shopper. Or maybe just discover a demon, reduce the cost by (x). That way you aren't getting things like (3) 6/5 or (1) 1/1 Mags, but could also avoid getting useless things like (1) 1/1 Mythical Terror or Illidari Inquisitor.
Would that be too harsh though? Maybe. Grasp could either go up in mana or only reduce cost by 1. Maybe just lose the cost reduction period! We shall see.
Curious to see if any other cards get hit, like Ball Hog.

Repackage, Toy Boat, Watercannon and Tigress Plushy.
Repackage one is obvious of course but Toy Boat refers to Ship's Cannon and Tigress Plushy refers to Shirvallah, the Tiger
You might think Watercannon refers to Piranha Launcher but its actual reference is Scallywag from battlegrounds.
