Welp, Wild is gonna be a pain and a half with the new Raza. [Hearthstone Card (Xyrela, the Devout) Not Found] is probably gonna be the biggest pain with the new card, since it doesn't lock you into Shadow spells like Darkbishop Benedictus while also dealing one more damage for the same amount of hero power uses.
Ghost of Tsushima is an *amazing* game; everyone should get a chance to play it! My recommendation is to play it in Japanese (with your subtitles of choice): really helps it feel like a classic samurai film. Just a head's up: Kurosawa Mode sounds cool, but there are some colored notifications for when you need to dodge unblockable attacks and the like - turns out the black & white screen makes those hard to read.
This looks like an amazing board control option. Synergizes with other Pirate-based cards like Shoplifter Goldbeard, and could even become a 4/4 through The Crystal Cove. Nice!
Solid draw plus coin generation. I see no downsides here, nor any broken possibilities. Will likely not run well in a Wishing Well deck due to the pirate restriction.
The fact that this costs is a clear indication of how broken discounts like this can be. Not only are you overpaying for a 4/3, but that steep cost means you can't abuse this too early in the game. The card itself looks really powerful and probably well-balanced, but then the mini version comes along. 1 mana for a 3 mana discount, plus possible combo with Sonya Waterdancer. Yikes.
Decent weapon overall, and some good synergy with of the other pirate cards. This works well with The Crystal Cove and Shoplifter Goldbeard, as the 1/1 you summon could be a 4/4, then you'd get another 4/4.
This card looks very strong, and I'm sure will enable all kinds of powerful combos. The flavor makes no sense to me, though. Why would a shoplifter summon attack dudes?

I think people are underestimating this card. We are limited to board space true but Rogue has the ability to return minions to her hand and this is not jus "play", it is "summon" so cards like Azsharan Vessel or some deathrattles (even they leave standard or not exist for now) will work with this.
it is just 24 dmg to the face on an empty board. Considering you are playing pirates, it is more than enough to end the game because you probably deal some damage on earlier turns.
There is also Sandbox Scoundrel's mini. With that you can do some more stuff i guess.
Also you have coins too, which means even if you only run [Hearthstone Card (Dig for treasures) Not Found], you will have 6 mana after playing Shoplifter Goldbeard.
I mean, it is still a 5/5 in an aggro deck that needs to be dealt with. Even good for playing it on curve imo. If they don't, turn 7 might be bad for your opponent. It won't be problem for rogue to fuel it after playing it on curve in an aggro deck if you don't want to combo it.
Shoplifter Goldbeard is strange but I'm assuming it's set up for a Deathrattle Rogue in the future. Sahket Sapper like cards with this sound fun. Not sure why they didn't print something to showcase that potential here or in the core set. I looked at wild and there isn't much crossover between deathrattle and pirate. However, a Mid-range deathrattle pirates sounds like a fun and different approach for Rogue. I really hope that's what they do in the next set or two.
Overall, the Rogue set seems very scattered. Like they asked, "what does Rogue do?" and then put 1 of every idea into the set. There are some cool cards here, but it just doesn't give me the "oh I want to build that!" feeling other classes have this set. Even if those things are bad, they at least had a theme.

Oh boy pirates for rogue again, whatever could go wrong. Let's hope they dont become redundant for the next two years.
Shoplifter Goldbeard - If you take off the mask you'd quickly realize what this really is. Its Mr. Smite, except shittier. Designed entirely to take advantage of the meager amount of useful pirates available in this expansion. So what can we do with this card? About the best you can hope for is sandbox scoundrel mini into Bargain Bin Buccaneer, or Watercannon after The Crystal Cove. Basically what Im trying to say is that this card is shit, only really playable assuming rogue has plenty of handbuffs, or otherwise somehow pirate rogue is so dominant that you'll slot this in because why not?
Sonya Waterdancer - Its gonna be broken at some point in the next two years. Essentially this card allows rogue to double the effects of all their 1 mana cards. Fortunately draka is no longer in standard.
Watercannon - The only thing I like about this card is that it has 3 durability and deals 9 damage over three turns.
The Crystal Cove - Its patently obvious that the main usage of this card is to hit two things; Watercannon's token or Bargain Bin Buccaneer. However, will it be competitive, given that it has very nearly zero usage outside of those two cards? Well, this one takes playtesting, because when it does work it will seem broken as hell but when it doesnt its a brick in hand.
Sandbox Scoundrel - Doesnt take a genius to see that this card is broken as hell. Not the card itself, the mini version. The scabbs comparison is not entirely fair, because scabbs costs 4 mana, whereas the mini version is a straight up unnerfed Innervate. Guess its good thing that draka and Sinstone Graveyard is rotating.
Have to say, if rogue is playable at all, chances are good it wont be a pure pirate deck, because none of these presents a viable wincon, nor are they making me interested.
The whole point of minis is that they have extremely strong Battlecries for just 1 mana. Giving them +3/+3 on top of that is a pretty big deal, and hoarding a bunch of them to play all in one turnin conjunction with the location is a very Roguish thing to do.
I wrote the card's thread but wanted to write it here too. You can even dupe Giants and every 3-cost minion and spell with Shadowstep and Preparation, even Everything Must Go! and all cards that decrease in cost.
Did i mention legendaries from Wishing Well too ? :)
It is a great enabler for both your current round and new archetypes !
She's a dancer, ofc she would have excellent hips !

Honestly kinda tempted to buy it again lol.
New Rogue Minion - Toy Boat
Enables Everything Must Go! on a whole new level, plus it's just a ton of potential draw and lots of Pirates attacking immediately. Quite good!
New Rogue Minion - Bargain Bin Buccaneer
This looks like an amazing board control option. Synergizes with other Pirate-based cards like Shoplifter Goldbeard, and could even become a 4/4 through The Crystal Cove. Nice!

Also, draw is not a problem for rogue so it is not that hard to proc a combo like 2x Bloodsail Raider + 2x Shadowstep with Watercannon equipped.

I don't think this card is bad or underwhelming.

Toy Boat looks absolutely insane. It's Ship's Cannon but for fuel. I dunno about Standard, but that's definitely seeing Wild play.

Watercannon. *Piranha Launcher Flashbacks* Horrible on its own although at least it can be used with The Crystal Cove but nothing else
