CCG has been done dirty in my opinion because it would have been a whole lot better as a battlecry. It'll go into a reno deck because why not. There's simply not that many cards in the next expansion due to rotation so CCG would be an easy pick if nothing else because of the lack of competition.
Well, the leaked weapon was a fake, and instead we got Ci'Cigi. Here's my take on the dhunter cards;
Magtheridon, Unreleased - Fine example of a card that's better left dormant than actually awake. Its not gonna be in every dhunter deck ever, because spending 8 mana to deal 3 damage to board is the kind of card that'll get you destroyed in games. Instead, you'll likely be playing it in decks that's very specifically trying to cheapen it, and then likely you'll want to keep it dormant for as long as possible. Umpire's Grasp very conveniently allows you to tutor and discount the cost.
Ci'Cigi - I'll be honest, the card is flavourful but its also shite. Let's see what the many issues are; no vanilla stats, deathrattle, no taunt, and worse still the cards it grants you are OP...4 years ago. And to add the cherry on top, the cards are going towards your right, which means getting the cards outcasted are already a challenge in of itself.
One of the cards Im firmly expecting team5 to buff at a later stage. As for now, its only hope is that tempo dhunter is back in the next meta because nothing else will make this card playable.
Lesser Opal Spellstone - I'll prob never really draw you more than 2 cards in most games. The conditions are simply too difficult to accomplish quickly. You'll need very specifically windfury or Warglaives of Azzinoth to realistically make it work. Still, drawing 2 cards for 2 is within acceptable value for draw cards.
Ball Hog - Probably going to be one of the most annoying cards to deal with. It practically heals you for 9 and removes two minions most of the time. Against an aggro deck, this card sets them back so far north they might as well concede.
Window Shopper - Hitting magtheridon with this card and its mini version is just filthy. At least next expansion where the demon pool is limited, we can expect this card to see play, and probably going to be more tilting than it should actually be.
I love Miniaturize, I think it's almost always going to powerful. Magtheridon, Unreleased immediately comes to mind for this card. You won't mind losing his massive stats if it means you can get those damage bursts for cheap. I'm sure there are some other Demons that you would hate to find with this, but since it's Discover, odds are you'll get at least one good option.
Love the flavor of this card! I also think it's going to be really good! The pool is limited (if I read the post right), so you're more than likely to get something you really want, and they're pre-nerf!
I don't know how this counts as a "mishap" as it just does good stuff. Solid removal plus possible healing. Will be particularly nice with some spell damage. Call back to Combustion?
Wow, this is so bad if it's not Outcast, and so good if it is. The pool of demons is likely going to be pretty sizable, as "random" means not restricted by class. I do wonder, though, if Discovering them will restrict your options to just Demon Hunter demons, or that will also be open to all options.
Nice card! Stats are ok for the cost considering the Lifesteal: that's 3 damage and healing right away, 3 more upon death, and potentially 3 more if it actually gets to attack or soak up a trade.
Actually, they added Mountain Giant back to core, so that's where it lands. First evolve is a random 9-drop, second is Mountain Giant, and third does nothing/transforms into another 12-drop, since there's no 15-cost card.
Since minions on the board don't remember cost changes, would Shudderblock into The Azerite Murloc have a 9-cost evolve on the board?
It always irritated me that cards like Goldshire Gnoll forgot about cost reductions when they are on the board. The text should still be active. It would have made evolve shaman far less obnoxious.
It's fake. The ball-goblin-thingie's artwork matches exactly with the main promotional art (the background on our reveals, but it's cropped there) except it's mirror, which Blizzard doesn't do, and the OP of that post either doesn't respond to people asking for a source or is being a prick about it.

Will it do loads though? Prob not.

Don't forget that Gunslinger Kurtrus is still in Standard. Ci'Cigi might be a critical mass of value generation for a DH Reno deck.
New Warlock Spell - Endgame
What're you hoping to resurrect in Standard?
Perhaps this makes the most sense with the Excavate card, Mo'arg Drillfist?

LONG OVERDUE for this site, but OutofCards doesn't need a 'Discuss this card' page. Just talk on the page with the star rankings.
3 separate pages to discuss ONE card?
New Warlock Spell - Endgame
The most insufferable Big Demon Taunt deck ever.

10/10 ⭐'s for CCG, I mean Ci'Cigi
Damn Blizzard is hitting all the right spots this expansion
New Demon Hunter Minion - Window Shopper

New Demon Hunter Weapon - Umpire's Grasp
Pretty nice weapon. Good attack value and sweet discount effect. Looking forward to turn 6 Magtheridon, Unreleased.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Spirit of the Team
Seems decent overall. Nice combo for Lesser Opal Spellstone, especially. Of course, Demon Hunter loves attacking so this will always be useful.
New Demon Hunter Spell - Red Card
A cheaper Incarceration with fewer turns of dormancy, but let's be honest, this card exists solely for Magtheridon, Unreleased.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Magtheridon, Unreleased
This card is really strong. Too bad everyone is playing Reno, Lone Ranger and this will just get erased. If not, though, Red Card is great for this!
New Demon Hunter Spell - Lesser Opal Spellstone
Solid card. You'll get this upgraded in no time at all. Demon Hunter does have an awful lot of dram options, though.
If you are holding this when you play Going Down Swinging, will that just fully upgrade it?
New Demon Hunter Spell - Blind Box

How Standard Rotations Work in Hearthstone - Year of the Scarab
Year of the Wolf and Pegasus seem to have it's rotating sets swaped.
Great article. Loved looking at the past :)
Magtheridon, Unreleased
Cards like this make people want to play OTK as a counter, which is why I hate cards like this.
Blind Box
Oh, this is interesting. The flavour text says "three", but the card only gives you 2. They must've nerfed it late in development.
