  • New Warrior Spell - Heavy Plate

Ok i guess .... but nothing more.

  • New Mage Spell - Fire Sale

Very good - Hellfire for Mage but with an upside.

  • New Priest Spell - Elekk Mount

I kinda like this one. Priest can discount spells and therefor this could come down earlier in the game. Even if Not it is pretty ok for 7 Mana.

The only thing i want to know is what stats the Elekk has that gets summoned? is it also a 4/7 ?

  • New Neutral Minion - Rustrot Viper

Very good - will replace Ooze most defenitely because this one is way better.

  • New Priest Minion - Darkbishop Benedictus

    Love it!

Always liked Shadow Priest and the Idea behind it and maybe Shadow Priest can Rise once again this upcoming Meta.

Now let's hope for some new and cool Shadow Spells to support this even further.

  • New Neutral Minion - Impatient Shopkeep

This could see play because of the Tradeable Keyword ... nonetheless not a good card.

  • New Neutral Minion - Peasant

Pack Filler - if the effect would be at the end of your turn this could see play. But not like this.

  • New Paladin Weapon - Prismatic Jewel Kit

Love it. Bubble Paladin will Rise once again :)

  • New Warlock Weapon - Runed Mithril Rod

Good One. Pretty easy to pull off with Warlock - so i guess Weapon Removal has to be played the upcoming meta :)

  • New Neutral Minion - Flightmaster Dungar

Very cool idea with the Flightpaths - i can see this working in different decks - so i guess a good card.

  • New Mage Spell - Sorcerer's Gambit

Interesting card for sure - but i guess not that easy to complete ? Could be ok but right now i think it will not become a staple in the upcoming meta.

  • New Hunter Spell - Ramming Mount

    Seems pretty solid.

  • New Warlock Spell - The Demon Seed

Well this could turn out to be either very strong or complete Garbage. I mean negating Fatigue Damage is awesome but the way you have to go to get there is pretty dangerous :)

Depending on what other cards this expansion will bring this could like i said at the beginning very strong or Garbage :)

Alright, I'll wait with the dusting of Neeru and all the delete-lock cards until I've tried this out. Pretty sure it won't be very strong, but it might be fun enough to play. I've got a kink for whacky warlock stuff. Still waiting for Deck of Chaos to shine.

  • New Hunter Spell - Ramming Mount

If nothing else, it sees play in Arena because the Immune and the sticky body is premium.

In constructed, I feel conflicted because while Immune while attacking is nice, I just don't see it make the cut in Face Hunter.

  • New Mage Spell - Sorcerer's Gambit

    Pro

I fear it will either be too slow and awkward to complete or result in a Discover fiesta which everybody will hate with a passion.

  • New Neutral Minion - Flightmaster Dungar

Probably ends up that the only reason you play him is for Westfall/the 2/2 Adventurer. The other options imo are awful for the extra wait time:

Ironforge: Much more healing than Luckysoul Hoarder, and probably the same amount of time waiting for healing to come in, but Luckysoul Hoarder is run because of Soul Fragment synergy.

Eastern Plaguelands: Compare contrast with Imprisoned Antaen. You can run two of Antaen, even run them back to back, and they were pretty effective in early Ashes of Outlands since the opponent had little time to build up a board big enough to soak the damage burst AND deal with the 10/6 body afterwards, especially not back to back and/or with Priestess of Fury. This however, gives way too much time to your opponent to set up a board to soak up the random damage, and by turn 8, a 3/3 body is pretty ignorable.

  • New Warlock Spell - The Demon Seed

    Quote From ElSabidon

The way T5 talked about this Questline in the reveal video makes me believe that there is good support for this card. Of the top of my head, some sort of minion that damages you on the battlecry but heals you on the deathrattle.

Because if there isn't, my god is this bad. Even Neeru-lock would have to include a self damage package reducing the options of the deck while having to survive on essentially 15 HP AND spend an extra 5 mana just to prevent fatigue damage.

PS: Btw, if Blightborn Tamsin does prevent fatigue, then that's yet another way for control warlock to counter other control decks while being somehow even weaker to aggro.

Spice Bread Baker is a direct support to this archetype, you can easily selfheal for 7-9hp on a 3/2 body.

And Blood Shard Bristleback will be nuts, getting back your hp and dealing with some minion.

  • New Mage Spell - Sorcerer's Gambit

First thought: "Oh SWEET! Spell Mage is back on the menu boys!"

Second thought, much much later: "Wait, how hard is it to complete actually?"

With current deck lists of Spell mage, it'll actually come up short more often than not, mostly because the only Frost spell it consistently runs is Brain Freeze and maybe a copy of Ice Barrier, so you're really relying on your discovers to hit any Frost spells as much as you can. Fire is less of a problem, since Combustion and Fireball are given, and Fire Sale looks much better than Flamestrike, but if you're using the Fireballs to complete the quest, you aren't saving the Fireballs to turbo burn your opponent post-quest. Arcane is almost half of the deck, you might as well consider it already completed.

All that said, it ironically just might see play because of the two mid-quest rewards of 1 Draw and Discover a Spell, and don't even bother trying to finish it.

  • New Warlock Weapon - Runed Mithril Rod

Warlock's version of Efficient Octo-bot, and all it requires is the thing that Warlocks naturally do. The only time I don't see this being run is Zoolock.

The only tricky part will dodging the inevitable Rust-rot Vipers and Acidic Swamp Oozes.

  • New Paladin Weapon - Prismatic Jewel Kit

I'm excited to see Kibler add this to his Dude Paladin deck, since iirc he runs Seedcloud Buckler. You 100% run those two together with Buckler first, then break it by playing this card to give your board Divine Shields to then proc this weapon's effect.

That being said, it'd be a Kibler deck, so only Kibler-level players are going to be able to pilot the deck right, so 3/5 is the absolute best that I can give this.

  • New Neutral Minion - Peasant

The fact that it's 1 mana helps a lot, since you can play this on turn 1 going first and almost always get a draw from him...

Any later than that and he's effectively just a 2/1. Pass.

  • Hearthstone Patch 20.8 Hero Skin Voiceline Previews and Interactions for Ragnaros, Lady Katrana Prestor, and More!

Here's hoping that Tamsin and/or Scabbs are among the next Reward Track rewards.

  • [Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)

    I think when asked
then if it's tied there would be an intense race for the answer, pretty cool (instead of timing out)

    anyway Baited Arrow?

  • Stormwind Pre-Order

    Seriously. Me too.
