This is fantastic, and truly a shame that it doesn’t translate as well into the small portrait crop. I’m happy to be able to admire the fully realized version here! 

Level 155, just collecting gold for next expansion.

Taking some of your advice from last contest's discussion thread about trying to be too flashy, I still went for something that catches attention, but it's not to the previous card's extreme. Instead, I found a way to make something flavorful, which seldom happens. Also a note that calling in the Guardians add a copy of Guardian of Kings to your hand.

I may change the Hero Power a bit to make it playable by putting a random Paladin Secret to the battlefield and then add GoK to your hand if you already control any.

Is there any piece of art made by Horley not incredible?

Well, it doesn't save the portret. It would have been nice to have some Nightmare stuff in his portret. Or maybe the shape of Xavius in the background.

However, it is freedom of art and the color palette is awesome.

And the first line is the target card, which is important.

Wrong interaction and card. The last line is a word play on the resultant card name (i.e. the answer), which isn't one of the cards in the card interaction.

Seems very highrolly if you can constantly predict rek'sai or not.. Will see what bildgewater got to offer and what pyke does.

The pay off is there at least.. Maybe we get landmarks with lurk and we can play shapes tone more easily. 

It's too expensive, 3 mana hand neutral play + predict (which is 0 mana by itself), seems weak to me, even with rejsai, the lurker deck seem to have better options in the signature spell of rek'sai.

You need to also remember that you are 1. Returning the card to the deck first and 2. It's 1 to 3 and not every card.

Think it should cost around 1 or 2...

But dunno we will see.
