Most insane combo i had was Lucian with the power Out the Gates + 1/+1 buff ability combined with Wild Inspiration + Warden's Prey + ephemeral copy in hand ability
How does it work: Start of the game Lucian is summoned. Warden's Prey gets played wich generates another copy in hand that is ephemeral and cost 0 due Wild Inspiration power. Now fill the board with 5x ephemeral Warden's Prey alongside Lucian and attack. Not only Lucian will level up and double attack, but he also procs his Rally effect since one Warden's Prey dies after he attacks. This equals exactly 30 damage from T1... quite amazing
The Rng part is stupid they could of just made it select 2 enemy minons.
No, they couldn't. There is no effect in the game that allows you to make two selections. They'd have to add new functionality to the UI, and they are not going to do that for the sake of one spell.
I'm not saying they will never do that -- in fact, they probably should at some point. But not now, and not for just one card.
Personally, I don't think the RNG kills this card. The only time it is relevant is if your opponent has 4 or more minions and you want to hit two of the minions in the middle. And even then, it is only a 50/50 chance.
If they did want to get rid of the RNG they could have made it say "deal 2 damage to a minion and the minion to it's right" and it would function exactly the same but without the randomness.
Simply put, it isn't worth spending your entire turn playing a single minion with no keywords and removing a single minion from your opponents board. Maybe if she had taunt, or rush, or was cheaper, or did anything more she would be good. But 8 mana is just too much to remove a single minion.
She's not just removal, though. She's removal on a very threatening stick.
It seems like we're about to see a lot of big dragons flying around with their fat 12-health bodies. A 4/12 can be a nightmare for Priest to deal with unless they have something like this.
All of these cards cost 5 or less and destroy or silence it and deal with it accordingly. This card is way too slow. Only good in a curvestone arena type of meta. Obviously it can be amazing to discover as well. Very situational card though and not much room to fit it in to your priest list.
You just listed a ton of cards that are either not in Priest or would not handle a 4/12.
Have you ever actually played Hearthstone?
Do you have any reading comprehension skills whatsoever?? These are cards that instantly deal with Natalie a 8 minion is almost always removed the turn after by a 1,2, or 3 mana spell.
This is more about your writing skills. You wrote "it" with no clear antecedent, so I assumed you were talking about the 4/12.
And your argument is just an echo of the age-old "Dies to BGH" line that used to clutter the message boards every time an expansion came out. Obviously that's true some of the time, but not always.
I'm not saying Natalie is the best card in the game, but hard removal that forces your opponent to use up their hard removal isn't the worst thing in the world for a value-oriented class like Priest. Does she belong in every Priest deck? Of course not. But as a Core card, she's a perfectly viable option for budget players who want to build a control deck.
I've seen her generated by Zephrys many times to pretty good effect, but she's still not a card you'd likely run in a deck. Maybe the new meta will make her viable? Doesn't seem likely.
@NerdyMcNerd - it's the way it is for balance issues. Unfortunately, Counterspell is an Arcane spell, and letting your Hero Power generate so many copies of it would make for uninteractive gameplay. Mirror Entity is also an Arcane spell that would cause similar problems.
No, I loved that guy. He got the idea for the most creative new thing for Hearthstone for years. I will miss him. I hope he can create some awesome new thing within Blizzard.
thematic and comprehensible effect, great stats for effect and cost, nice art – but way to strong. I suppose most if not all druid spells are nature spells, and druid (especially in wild) has a few high cost spells. So without significant tempo loss you can reduce several spells by two mana – and still play a cheap spell at the same turn!

Good Fit of name and stats, although the art more looks like vain cryomancer. I like the effect, it’s quite strong – might be too strong - but it’s somewhat balanced by the low health.

Natural Evolution – really hard to judge, but great concept. I guess it’s hard to pull off to have a lot of spells and a lot of minions, but this would work great with Instructor Fireheart. Only the nature part in the title is kind of overkill.
Frost King Malakk- honestly the first part is somewhat bland, and I don’t really like that there are two different effects here. Kinda meh, you know?
All the Mistresses: nice, simple, great find for the art. Although individual names would probably make those feel more legendary.

Vile Instructor is a great design, seems mostly fair – except for Hand of Gul’dan, as you pointed out – and could be a great agro tool in token demon decks. Maybe just a -1 in stats to make it fairer, without being unplayable.
Cruel Inquisitor: Also good. Great name for the effect, seems fair!

The art doesn’t fit at all, you’re right to change that. And might be a bit of a longshot, but could you make them neutral? Maybe shaman or druid get a few fire spells, and a dedicated deck could use a pair of those as a finisher. Herald of Light is also great, would be greater as a neutral card. And KANSAS is right for the Herald of Flame: the cost is too low, for the Herald of Light the cost seems fine.

Ilxos is flavorful, but isn’t Ragnaros the Flamelord? And ‘targets enemies if possible is possible’ is too much in my opinion. Looking at all possible Fire spells from mage, there are only five that can damage your hero: Firelands Portal, Pyroplast, Dragon’s Breath, Fireball and Flame Geyser. And mage is an RNG focused class, so a near sure one-turn win card is somewhat misplaced. After a careful game of clearing boards and large minions, you can play this one card, even if your opponent has 29 more health, and you could win the game. I think this wouldn’t be fun.
Arrogant Gnome: Unstable Gnome is better. The card is way too strong for its cost, it has typical 5mana stats but with a hefty upside. But I like it flavorwise, but I feel it should be rare.

Abundance: What a lovely and simple card. Feels druid-y, fair and can be a great survival tool. Only small caveat – while I’m a sucker for Tauren, the card looks more like a healing card and less like an armor-gain card to me. Maybe find the tauren druid from the expansion trailer for the pic.
Kor’Kron Immolator: Another beautiful and simple card. Seems very good for its cost, especially since you can slap it down turn 10 with Flamestrike, but then again you’ll almost never get more than one or two cards from this.

I think your card needs a major overhaul. A cheap minion, with okay stats that can buff several minions a substantial buff? That’s way too much for one mana! Just look at this + Imp Swarm (Any Rank) : 3 mana, and you get a 1/2 and up to three 5/4 demons! The effect is just too powerful for the cost, since Warlocks have a history of summoning small demons with spells, and this card would make all those spells unbalanced. Also it’s quite a simple effect, either make the rarity common or rare, or legendary, so that you can only include one copy. Art doesn’t look like a hearthstone card

Shadow Priestess Terra –ChickyChick is kind of right, it does seem to resemble Nirast’s Design a bit. But it’s stronger, has a name that’s all over the place, and art that does not really fit priest. I also have to admit, that the effect is – while good and playable – somewhat boring.
I'm pretty happy with this one, but I'd still appreciate any feedback, especially on how to boil down the text.

It seems like we're about to see a lot of big dragons flying around with their fat 12-health bodies. A 4/12 can be a nightmare for Priest to deal with unless they have something like this.
Dealing with 4/12 dragons is literally the only thing that differentiates her from any other removals that Priest has. For everything else there's a better option available. And the 4/12 dragons with snowballing effects (Original Ysera, Kalecgos, etc) are all leaving standard. A simple 4/12 dragon without any continuous effect isn't enough of a threat to justify running a card that's just too expensive, too slow and too clunky. The body barely matters as it's pretty easy to remove a large body at such a late point in the game. Also, this card has no flexibility. It's a one dimensional card with no synergies or possibilities of different applications attached to it. I'd rather just run Brittlebone Destroyer. In my opinion, this is one of the most uninspired and uninteresting cards ever printed and completely undeserving of legendary status. Priest doesn't have a legendary card in its classic set since the rotation of Prophet Velen and this will be the case again with the core set.

I love this card. My one concern is that it allow some dodgy OTKs (what is it with Kael'thas ;) ), I suppose you could make it so that he only affected your first shadow and spell and then up his stats.
These lists looks fun! Always loved Immortal Prelate Paladin decks. Certainly will try them all out in a bit! Interesting to see Moonfang included into a deck! (And Sir Finley of the Sands is often so underrated, he can often win games on it's own.)
Insanely proud to see both Floki and Maverick perform so well. They really represented the Benelux community extremely well, especially Floki (since Maverick is more involved with the French community). Absolutely bonkers to see a country like Belgium being as well represented as China and Japan in the top 8. Hopefully this will lead to more support from Blizzard for the Belgian/Benelux community.
I know you have several version of Prelate Paladin, so this suggestion might be better for one of the others, but here's my thought: ditch Pure and add in Animated Broomstick. You can make yourself a Prelate with permanent Lifesteal and Rush! It provides infinite healing, and can avoid silence since you can rush it into trades.
I'm really happy that Bluegill Warrior didn't get it's charge removed, but i'm sad that Stonetusk Boar keeps charge. Stonetusk Boar is i.m.o. too problematic because it's always 1 good card away from being able to become oppresive or to give rise to a really unfun strategy. Bluegill Warrior kinda has the same thing going on, but because it costs 1 more mana it's probably a bit harder to try use in the same kind of combos as Stonetusk Boar.
Btw, for those probably screaming: "But it's in wild now, those combos won't be that strong after they print 1 synergistic card!", well look back at what pre-nerf Hysteria did to Wretched Tiller. That "one card" turned a bad 1 drop that pretty much never saw play, into a really unfun combo piece.
Even after everything i just said, i'm happy they listened to the community. That feels pretty good, and it feels even better considering the fact that most of the complaining came from the Wild community! Normally they ignore Wild and it's community a lot, but the fact that they listened now is amazing!
Hysteria was a turn 6/7 OTK that had twice of deck.
Caverns cant even comapre to that At all. Its way slower, weaker and inconsistent.
ANd EXTREME vurnablity to aggro
Okay maybe i didn't write it down that well, but with the Wretched Tiller example, i meant that Stonetusk Boar is in a similar position as Wretched Tiller was before Hysteria got printed. All Stonetusk Boar needs is 1 super strong card in order to create a Wretched Tiller level of unfun deck to play against. I only tried to rever to Stonetusk Boars combo/OTK potential. I never ment to compare The Caverns Below rogue to the Wretched Tiller OTK deck, because those are 2 VERY different types of decks. (Even though there both weak to hyper aggro, which is basicly the wild meta right now.) I just tried saying that Stonetusk Boar is also a strong inclusion in The Caverns Below rogue in order to squish in some more damage.
