Fair enough. Since you're consistent with your opinions on out-of-class heroes I can't fault you :)
I think beneath it all is a question of how to define a class. Are the abilities in the Warcraft games enough, or does their design inherently pigeonhole players into narrow sub-sets of the wider class as it would be experienced if the game was more open like D&D? I don't think there is a right or wrong answer here, though I lean towards the latter, especially with the martial classes which cannot easily be defined by which school(s) of magic they learned.
Certainly I would say the rogue class is a lot broader than just assassins. They're not typically jailers, true, but it does encompass spies, thieves, pirates, ninjas, swindlers and crime lords. All of those do different things using the same basic skills. I.e. the class is united by its methodology (especially its use of stealth, agility and 'dishonourable' tactics) much more than its role in society. In that picture, Maiev being a jailer isn't a problem so long as she ticks the more fundamental boxes of what it is to be a rogue.
I think the Charge revert signifies that they don't intend on having the card in the core set ever, so they want to have the card in a form that allows it to be played in old deck archetypes in Wild (Worgen OTK if I'm not mistaken).
We're expecting the amount of reveals on the schedule to at least double until it's final. But if 16th is truly their starting day and the launch stays at 23rd, it's sure going to be busy.
EDIT: well they just announced launch on 30th so a bit less busy then.
EDIT again: Final reveal stream on 22nd, so pretty damn busy after all.
So basically we have 12 cards already revealed and with this schedule we'll have at least 9 new cards before the reveal video, that way we'll have a maximum of 111 cards revealed during the video, a very high number I think
Btw this site has already prepared the posting of the revelation of each card, incredibly fast!
Wait even Dragon pack... well I suppose Wild is wild... Scion of Ruin though sees play in wild as is... I actually played Galakrond Bomb warrior in wild recently, so it makes my deck way better.
I am almost done with level 277. I am sitting on a fat pile of 17,600 gold currently, and I will get the pre-orders for FitB. A couple more weeks to go. I might* make it to 300 - depends on how many projects I get put to work on in our yard between now and then :).
Finally, we have a schedule for the revelation of the new expansion cards, we'll have from the 16th to the 19th with a sample with the art of the cards, I just don't know why on the 19th we have only 1 tho. link below.

New Neutral Minion - Blademaster Samuro
This is good even without buffs. Will see play.
New Druid Minion - Druid of the Plains
Looks good. Will see play.
New Shaman Minion - Bru'kan
To be honest I don't like that they are splitting spells into distinct types. But that may just be my aversion to change.
Forged launch / reveal?
according to the reveal scheduling everything should be revealed in THREE days !!! or is there any reveal slots still missing?

well they say dint really want to buff alreayd good decks, and reno and cube are pretty alright so that would lower chance of lackey/darkpact unnerf.
And bloodbloom obviously isnt gonna happen.
And aslo just could be that theyre planning to bring back some stuff to core set next year and thats why wanna keep it nerfed (for now).
Also casue doesnt happen now ,doesnt rule out that wont be revrted in future.

Do we know if Spirit Claws will proc off of any type of spell damage (i.e. nature spell damage) or will it have to be just plain old "Spell Damage"?
