They are unnerfing Galakrond completely for the rotation. Four classes had at least one of their Galakrond cards hit with a nerf with Shaman taking the heaviest blow. The cards should be fine in Wild so this is a good thing but people on Standard ladder will need to deal with the high power level of these cards one last time before they are finally out. Btw, Galakrond Priest was the only one who dodged all nerfs even though some people wanted it gutted as well. And it will probably be the one that will leave with a quiet note and not really have any possibilities of having an impact in Wild.
Those three are also pretty solid repeats! It just sucks because there is definitely a good chunk of repeat brawls people like to see, but if it becomes a yearly thing for all of them... are we going to end up in a spot where we have half the year just repeats of favourites?
I still want to see them let us choose what brawls we want to play. Or like, put a couple live at the same time. If we had one brawl that was new and untested, alongside an old but good one, it would be a cool way of making sure the week always had something good to play in the mode
What a missed opportunity, there is even a brawl where you play with different brawl rules. This should just have triggered random brawls or something like that.
I loved Brawls when I started playing HS since I was able to complete quests for classes I did not have many cards of, and I felt that it was balanced against other players since both players had random decks (this is for brawls with random decks of course).
For me, it's Isaac for sure. I might drop HS completely for a while as i'm also busy playing Grim Dawn a lot. Not enough time to dedicate to three games and these other two are way more important to me by far.
You describe char by char my thoughts with Tavern Brawl in particular and Hearthstone in general.
Playing it makes some sense when your classic collection miss some cards that you don't want to craft but right now was playing taverns every week until you got the few missing legendaries you still have from classic.
Well, I still enjoy Tavern Brawls. As long as they're not repeating brawls within the same year, it still feels fresh. I've really enjoyed some of the really great brawls that have become yearly traditions, like this one, Valeera's Bag of Burgled Spells, Decks Assemble, and Servant of Yogg-Saron Tryouts.
I play Hearthstone normally like once every three or four days, but I come back and play brawls every day while they're fun.
Only 19 single cards reveals? They make a damn short reveal season. Not sure I'll like that. One month would be too slow, this is too fast. Inbetween would be the right spot, imho.
300? that's just sad. Since they took out the 3win/10 gold thing (and having the option to insta-concede and getting the game as played), there's no point in replaying brawls that aren't fun.
I hope that "new gamemode" is good enough, because Duels and Brawls are really boring atm.
Jaraxxus wasn't the reason for nerf. reason was that Galakrond warlock was abusing it a lot, especially destroying all those enemy demons that got printed in AoO
Yeah, kinda bummed about this one considering the Jaraxxus change. It was only broken while he was a Demon. If he's a hero with no tribe, it should be able to target enemies.
Anyone else concerned that there's only 20 cards revealed by the community/new sites? Afaik, previous expansions have had more than double that number...
Forged in the Barrens
Cant vote on cards that have not been revealed yet :)

Hearthstone's 300th Tavern Brawl is Just a Hallucination... I Hope - The Disappointing Nature of Tavern Brawl
I'm never disappointed in Tavern Brawl because I never expect it to be all that interesting.
It's fine, and I don't mind playing for the free pack, but it's never been something I look forward to or whatever.
New Neutral Minion - Mankrik
Drawing the wife early is almost an auto win, but other than that it seems like a solid card.
Forged in the Barrens Launches on March 30! Final Reveal Stream on March 22, Twitch Drops, Mega Bundles Giveaway
