No Polymorph... Wow. Now only class with silence + disruption option in a single card is Shaman... Whyyy? 😭, everything else seems kinda ok tbh, but as a mage main, that hurts a bit.
Okay, hear me out on this one. I've been thinking about how to best use the new Warsong Commander. (Side Note: I hope her voice line is still "Charge forward!" "Rush forward" just doesn't have the same ring to it.)
Okay, here it is: ETC combo! I know. I KNOW!!! With Bloodsworn leaving it seems almost impossible. Or so you'd think! Even without seeing like 98% of the new set, I already cracked a way to at least get a big burst turn. But you won't have the element of surprise unfortunately...
Here goes. Turn 8: ETC and then imprison your own ETC with Maiev! When he wakes up, pray the opponent has a decent enough board to trade into and play Warsong Commander, Faceless your ETC, play Broom to ensure both ETCs and Warsong also have rush (as well as any straggling minions you have left from prior turns), make a few trades leaving the ETCs and Warsong up. Then play another 1 cost minion with your last mana (Elven Archer for an additional ping face?), then 2x Tinyfin, make all possible trades for most possible drum solos in a turn!
The rest of the deck would need to be built around survivability and draw/cycle. Complicated and likely slow, so maybe you include some of these cards for a big end of game turn in slow match ups and maybe aim for a smaller burst turn after rushing down half your opponent's HP instead (negating need for Faceless, saving 5 mana for small minions). Either way, she and ETC are going to be Best Buds!
In Wild this gets even easier due to cost reductions and other tools (like Inner Rage + Bloodsworn).
Warsong + Playmaker + Broomstick + 0 or 1 mana minion
I'm confused about Spectral Sight. It was an Ashes of Outland card which is not rotating and now it's in the core set. I fell like Dh's got cheated one card.
I counted it like a hour ago but forgot right now, I think it was 16ish bad outcomes to 21 good outcomes as the current roster of beasts we know. There could be other beasts in barrens that balance it more. (some cards are situationally good or bad though, like 3/4 beast that saves spells in its deathrattle. It would be bad in a tempo deck but could be good in a control deck as psudo-board clear deterrant.)
Honestly, the rush just seems like too much. This can already attack whatever you want the turn you play it, letting you attack twice right of the bat for 8 damage feels like overkill.
At first glance I thought this would be a very strong card, but after thinking about it I am not so sure.
The obvious comparison here is Pen Flinger. The difference is that Kor'vas costs more, is way harder to trigger, and can't trade into hardly anything without dying.
The difference between 2 and 1 mana is a lot when you are talking about a card you are expected to play many times in a game.
There are only 13 cards with outcast in the game (counting Illidari Studies) and out of those only about 7-9 of them are really played, and more than half of those cost 3 or more mana.
The big thing though is the charge keyword. Getting an extra 2 damage lifesteal ping every now and then is useful, but unless you are hitting face this will die very quickly. And as Me0203 pointed out, Headcrack is an awful card.
All in all this card looks cool but in reality is probably way more trouble than he is worth.
I hope they still give this card the same "wow" factor. I remember the first time I saw someone play Jaraxxus. Watching him hit the board, then rise up and literally crush my opponent while announcing he was my enemy now... that was a big moment.
They need to give him a new animation on par with that. They really have to capture the idea of summoning a powerful demon that literally kills who you're supposed to be playing against and hijacks the fight.
The old Tracking would remove the other two cards from your deck, while this one doesn't. Using the old Tracking you could remove cards from your deck that you didn't want to draw later.
I 100% totally agree with you, but It still feels inherently "bad" to discard a Kill Command or something. Personally, I don't enjoy playing cards that feel bad when I do play them
I don't mean to nit pick, but could you please put in some effort to avoid having so many typos? One or two is fine, but having the letters jumbled in every other word is just too much. I don't expect everyone to have perfect grammar, spelling, and punctuation, but this many typos makes it difficult to decipher what you're saying.
It is confirmed that they removed Mind Shatter...it was not necessary to bring Shadowform from HoF if they were going to eliminate the most cool part of it. It just does not make sense to reduce its cost but eliminate the Mind Shatter part. I was so excited about Shadowform returning but this felt so bad.

Are we really talking about Hunter and how fast they reach fatigue?
When was the last time fatigue mattered to you when playing an actual competitive Hunter deck in standard.
I agree that it was a nerf.

Quest rogue was a whole another level by itself. There are other bigger problem cards than mere Stonetusk Boar and Southsea Deckhand, not least the infinite Zola the Gorgon, Vanish and Sonya Shadowdancer
New Demon Hunter Minion - Illidari Inquisitor
Honestly, the rush just seems like too much. This can already attack whatever you want the turn you play it, letting you attack twice right of the bat for 8 damage feels like overkill.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Gan'arg Glaivesmith
Seems like a strong, flexible card. I have a hard time seeing a world where this doesn't see some kind of play somewhere.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Kor'vas Bloodthorn

Situational, maybe, but when you play DH, you anyway cycle through your hands and deck pretty quick, so you may ''place it accordingly'', but yea

"Year of the Gryphon" Filter still includes Demon Hunter Initiate set cards
Yeah... let me fix that real quick. Huge oversight to not exclude that
New Paladin Spell - Equality
Seems like a fair change. 2 mana was too little, 4 mana was too much. This just seems like the next logical step.
"Year of the Gryphon" Filter still includes Demon Hunter Initiate set cards
Just what the Title says. Only 3 of the Initiate cards made it into the Core Set.

Murloc Tinyfin has returned! That’s all I really needed anyway.
I like how Demon Hunter’s class identity is shifting to include charge as a keyword. Its almost as if we needed more reasons to dislike the class
New Priest Spell - Thrive in the Shadows
If you want to draw your deck faster because of a combo Shadow Visions is not better, but I see your point.
