I think mana cheating is a problem in particular if it can reduce powerful cards to zero mana and if it is available early in the game. For example Patches the Pirate was summoned so early for 0 mana that it warped the meta despite having only 1/1 in stats. Corridor Creeper and Wildpaw Gnoll are other examples.

For these titans, the mana cheating happens only after playing a 6 or 7 mana minion, so it won't happen early in the game.

The Shaman spell discount is very nice, but it is limited to one spell per turn; it would probably have been broken otherwise. And it only lasts for as long as the titan lives, which in modern Hearthstone with its efficient removal and plenty of rush minions is often just a single turn.

Discovering a deathrattle with a 3 mana discount doesn't sound like a problem: if you discover a 1-3 mana minion, the deathrattle is likely not that impactful and if you discover a more expensive minion, you might not be able to play it immediately. Also discover isn't consistent unless the card pool is really small.

Discounting all minions in your hand by two mana sounds strong, but the fact that it is only minions and requires a 7 mana summon keeps it in check, I think. You could use it to play two six-mana minions on turn 8 or flood the board with cheap minions, neither of which is game breaking. Maybe there could be some kind of combo where you use the minions only for their battlecries, but by turn 8 there is plenty of opportunity for the opponent to use disruption or pressure to derail your plans.

So while I agree that mana cheating can be a problem, I think in these particular cards they balanced it pretty well.

The idea of being able to drop this and smash something in the face for 6 damage and leaving it on the board is nice.  That being said, Titans are going to be targeted like crazy and most not staying on the board for more than a turn.... which inherently makes this the less good titan so far.  For this dude to really shine, he needs to stay on the board for a couple of turns.  If there is a way to put that "evasive" quality on this dude, then it becomes scary.  Other than that, hopefully you're able to drop Blackrock 'n' Roll and make this guy a really scary minion for a turn.

For those that really want to use this minion, fingers crossed that Robes of Protection will be reprinted. 

With the abilities of this Titan, not only will it be something of an annoyance, but will probably be in every single priest build.  Even Shadow since it can remove the things that are in your way of going face and "replace" itself by discovering another Legendary minion... Gods help us if you are able to discover more titans easily.

This seems like a minion that will be used when you have board control, or need it... making it truly a pain in the ass.  Most of these Titans, I wouldn't imagine lasting a turn or 2 at the most.  But with this, if you don't get rid of it, it is going to make you unhappy as it will boost it's weenie minions or reduce your big bad board to 2/2s...

This seems like an automatic include with the already annoying Pure Paladin builds... Unless there are going to be some dominating balancing cards, Paladin is going to be facing some gnarly nerfs

This feels like a pretty balanced legendary minion honestly.  With so much weapon hate running around, Rustrot Viper was a stand in as is... now it is going to be a mandatory include as it allows you to trade for a different card, or save for when this can make you sad face when it kills your happy weapon.

Paladin Titan looks exciting while the Warrior one looks...fair...a shame the affect for Khaz'goroth only hits minions but I guess we can't have Warrior consistently doing 14 face damage when there's no minions on the opponent's board.

Now it makes me think Khaz'goroth is even worse now coz you can never play him proactively or you'll be wasting his affect.

Doggo board vommit elites are pretty bad right now, and honestly that's kind of a good thing

The new scrutinizing Sargent is kind of a straight up upgrade over 4 mana challenger birds
