Resurrect effects tend to work best with efficient defensive minions, like Khartut Defender. However, Jewel of N'Zoth is in Hunter, which cares more about aggression and the deathrattle minions, like Darkmoon Tonk, also enourage aggression. Considering this, I think that Jewel is too slow for Hunter and perhaps too inconsistent with the current set of Hunter cards in Standard.
Only Oblivitron and Maxima Blastenheimer can cheat this out. Otherwise, Darkmoon Tonk is super slow and allows your opponent to either silence or transform it, or put minions into play to then remove and absorb the deathrattle. I just don't think the card is consistent enough on its own to make the occasional high roll of cheating out the Tonk worth it.
I think that the discount is hard to achieve considering how difficult it is for a bunch of specific, unique tribal minions to stay on your board. Also, Warrior has other considerable dragons with Deathwing, Mad Aspect and Evasive Wyrm, the latter of which is like a Tent Trasher, but can keep the body while trading better.
It's Dyn-o-matic without the body, which I'd argue is relevant since the removal is more relevant in the early turns of the game. Very similar to Dark Skies, which is very efficient removal and Minefield is too for the cost. It only makes sense in a Control Warrior deck, which Bomb Warrior is at the moment. I see that archetype cutting either Sword and Board or Whirlwind to make room for this.
Right, because they conduct business in a way that encourages people to spend money. There is nothing wrong with that.
If you don't want to spend the money, don't. If there's not enough demand for the product at the price they set, they will lower the price. It's the most basic rule of economics. They are under no moral, ethical, legal or fiduciary obligation to give their product away for free.
The price hasn't gone up, though. If anything, it dropped dramatically when they propagated the no-duplicates rule to all rarities. At least, I know I personally don't have to spend nearly as much to keep up my collection.
And no, the game would not be in danger of dying if all the f2p players disappeared. That's a weird fantasy propagated by f2p players with absolutely no evidence to back it up.
Better bouncer, good with any high-value battlecries. Could even be used with big minions to restore them to full health. Very strong card, even just on something like Foxy Fraud or SI-7

That was a nice distraction.
New Mage Spell - Rigged Faire Game
Card draw is always going to be good, but this might just be a bit too slow.

New Paladin Spell - Snack Run
Garbage card. A lot of comparisons to Ivory Knight, but it's more like a 2 cost Renew for Paladin.
New Rogue Minion - Tenwu of the Red Smoke
Only good with large battlecry minions you would want to play 2 of in a turn. If that becomes a deck, this is easy 5 stars.
New Paladin Weapon - Hammer of the Naaru
Great for N'zoth for the elemental, though I could see it making it's way into other Paladin decks as well.
New Hunter Minion - Darkmoon Tonk
Terrible. MIGHT see play if Maxima is better than expected and requires more fuel.
New Neutral Minion - Optimistic Ogre
Good stats for cost. Will only see play in Arena though
New Hunter Minion - Darkmoon Tonk

New Warrior Minion - Tent Trasher
Solid card, even before menagerie shenanigans. Will be a staple if Menagerie Warrior becomes a thing
New Demon Hunter Spell - Felscream Blast
Cheap AoE ios always welcome for DH. Reminds me of Shooting Star, but way better!

New Neutral Minion - Optimistic Ogre
Think Possitive
New Paladin Weapon - Hammer of the Naaru
This card doesn't deserve to be an epic. Insanely strong though, but boring design for an epic.
New Warrior Spell - Minefield
Won't see play, but you wouldn't mind getting it from a random effect.

Not true, because they propagated the no-duplicates rule to commons and rare. Furthermore, you don't need every card to be able to play.
However, I do tend to collect (nearly) every card, and I know for a fact I am personally spending less now for each expansion than I used to.

Ivory knight without the body just doesn't seem that strong to me. Maybe run in libram paladin for extra librams of hope, but otherwise not good imo.
