It is worse than Fal'dorei Strider, although that was a pretty good card either way. It won't see play in Wild because you can just Fal'dorei Strider instead which is generally better, but this feels like a good step-in for Standard.
3 mana 4/1 that draws a card isn't terrible per se, but the 1 Health makes it really fragile. The reward is kinda good, but it's hard to use effectively most of the time. In a lot of cases, the 4 Attack will most likely just be face damage.
It just generally looks awkward to use because you'll want to wait until your guaranteed to be able to use the card you draw.
You'd probably only want to play this in Hunter decks that are very dedicated to Secrets, as other Hunter decks don't usually keep a high amount of Secrets on the board. In dedicated Secret Hunters though, this can provide a lot of quick board presence and reach so it might be exciting to try out.
I don't think you'd trigger this on curve though since you don't normally want to play a Secret on turn 2 and most Secrets don't last multiple turns.
Handbuff cards don't always work out, and this one is in a class that doesn't have the draw to make it effective and usually don't hold very many cards. Even in its Corrupted form, its power level is still not really that high, so it seems bad.
The only place this could possibly see any play is in a really janky Wolpertinger + Tundra Rhino + whatever else combo deck.
This card definitely has lots of swinging potential. Ironically, mirror matches are probably where this card shines best. Summoning lots of annoying minions is Priest's thing, and this helps you get around that. This just in general seems quite good to me.
As for targeting friendly minions, you can target a 1/1 copy of a Deathrattle minion you have to put it back to full size and put the effect on a new minion.
So this is basically Spellbreaker. With +1 Health and copying the target's auras and Deathrattles.
I mean, really? I would say this is basically a Snowflipper Penguin only it has +3 attack, +3 health, costs +4 mana, is not a neutral minion, is not a Beast and has some side effects.
These types of effects usually don't see any play. My guess is that purely by association, this card will share the same fate. If anything else, at least it's a note card mechanically but I don't see it being too great.
I don't see any reason why you would target a friendly minion with this effect, it's clearly meant for your opponents minions. It's a better Faceless Manipulator but that's it. Wouldn't want to get this leg in my packs though, there's far more exciting legendaries
Blood herald costs 5, this costs 2.. If you play it as a 2 mana 4/4 it's already decent enough.
A 4/4 on turn 4 isn't great regardless of its low cost. It's too slow to stop any aggro as your opponent is just going to ignore it and continue hitting you in the face since this thing doesn't do anything upon entering the board. And slow decks will just laugh and remove it like it's nothing regardless of its size. It's an insanely slow and low impact card that is going to be rotting in your hand the whole game just for you to drop it and see it removed instantly. Are you really going to commit precious slots in your deck that could be occupied by way better cards to play this? Even if it comes back at its buffed state after playing Y'shaarj, it's still too low impact to be relevant. You need cards that swing the board in slow matchups and this doesn't accomplish that.
An interesting effect, but the fact that this silences means it will only really be useful on enemy minions. As silence is only useful in some matchups, the power of this card is probably limited, and decks like raza would prefer board clears over counterpressure effects.
Might see play, as 4 extra attack isn't something to laugh about. The question is if the condition will be consistently met, and if so, how low would the mana curve of the deck need to be? This may find a home in an aggro DH, but nothing else. I purely dislike this card coz it forces aggro, hoping it never sees play
Hard to evaluate. Even 2-mana 3/3 isn't bad in my eyes but it's just a stat stick. Will that be enough for Corrupt decks? Not expecting to see a lot of this outside them.
Ticket Master
Interesting, but deathrattle is kinda slow...

Maybe it's very slow, but is Edwin VanCleef corrupted half-brother

Value + Silence. It's a good card but it might be too niche. Oddly enough, it shuts down Mindflayer Kaahrj quite well.
New Hunter Spell - Petting Zoo
I think a secret hunter in wild will make a lot a scary boards just from the air with this
New Hunter Spell - Don't Feed the Animals

Any 1 or 2 mana beasts + Tundra Rhino will make an OTK potential.
This card is very easy to corrupt, so you will always get some value of it

5/5 on three bodies and token synergy, maybe it can remove some minion before diying.
With all the tokens that DH have right now, I hope some strong token synergy will come

Dude.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Stiltstepper
I think it can be played with a lot of low cost cards in order to take advantage of it, but it's more like a mid-late game card to me.

I checked popular decks from HSReplay. Most popular Aggro Demon Hunter deck has 24 one-two cost cards, and 6 four+ cost cards.
In this particular deck, on turn 5, most likely you can play the card you draw. It seems it can be a fine tool in the right deck.
3 mana 4/1, draw a card and (if the condition is met) gain 4 attack is good. 1 hp makes it a little weak but you gotta balance it, I suppose.

If you have a 1/1 copy of a big-ish minion, you could silence that and get a beat-stick and the effect on a separate entity.
