8 mana 12/12 is not very impressive, and inability to use it to push for damage makes it unlikely to do anything. Irrelevant against fast decks, and control can just leave it up and not play minions.
Against aggro, this mostly serves to remove minion tribes while trading. Possibly disruptive, but after the early turns this can be removed easily. Maybe give it rush and use as a polymorph?
Copies stats, not abilities, so this card is probably not great. Buff doubling has never seen extensive play in cards like echoing ooze or djinn, and using buffs on the turn a minion is played rather than the turn it can attack puts you up for getting two for one'd.
Very mech feeling name. As with any big stat pile in wild, probably not playable. Put it in your un'goro quest druid if you want to, but does not fit well anywhere else. It is probably the biggest elemental in the game, so keep that in mind if future sets let you cheat elementals into play.
Very nice anti aggro tool, filling a slot only really filled by bloodmage thalnos currently in setting up wipes with cheap AoE. I like it, but I like it less than thalnos.
How's that working with 'reveal a spell from your deck...' cards? Like Spiteful Summoner or [Hearthstone Card (Dragon's Fury) Not Found]? I believe the ruling on that can be inconsistent...
Very expensive card. Mech hunter can't afford to run silly value cards. Best case that I can think of is theis plus zilliax for two 6/5 taunt lifesteal divine shield minions, which is not amazing for 9 mana.
More battlecry boardwipes in this expansion than any other as far as I remember. This card is a little pricy, but can probably do good work against pirates. You will have a few matchups where this is your best card, but in most cases it will be a 5 mana neutral flanking strike, which is not super good or super bad.
Teron + ??? + Play Dead + Feign Death = win the game, probably.
In terms of more regular use, this can probably go into a midrange deck as a way of effectively delaying board wipes if the opponent has no silence. Otherwise, you just avoided a board wipe by wiping your own board for them.
A neutral sap, if you need one, here it is. Can be a super-Conceal if you want to do something stupid with your deck, but I would err on the proper use being about the same as sap but for classes without efficient silence/removal effects for aggro.
...? In terms of actually using this card, I can only think of deliberately triggering the deathrattle to do something that amounts to making nithogg eggs where the summons don't have rush. Very poor card.
I can only see this being used effectively against aggro decks, definitely not in them. As shown by quests, giving up turn 1 hurts you less than any other turn, but this gives value much sooner than a quest. I think it has more potential than you might expect. Super bad after turn 1 though, maybe suffers due to that.
Better than Bash. Probably finds a place as a tool against aggro, but compared to shield bash, this feels very poor against midrange decks. Still sets up executes or plague of wrath, or maybe even Crush if the enrage package really works.
While it's a bit sad that there's basically no playing around rogue secrets, since their conclusion is really straight forward they are just great. And they will make a lot of decks include anti-secret techs, which will overall make them weaker.
I loved playing Lynessa Sunsorrow in Paladin even with a small amount of buff spells. I am sure I will be enjoying this with the new Libram cards. Also, her play sound against herself is "Ah, Lady Liadtwin". Nice one!
We Won't Be Participating in April Fools 2020
Plot twist: THIS is the april fool. :D ;)
Will we at least get some more information what you have planed for this year? Or will you save your ideas for next year?
New Neutral Minion - Supreme Abyssal

New Neutral Minion - Infectious Sporeling
Against aggro, this mostly serves to remove minion tribes while trading. Possibly disruptive, but after the early turns this can be removed easily. Maybe give it rush and use as a polymorph?
New Neutral Minion - Blistering Rot
Copies stats, not abilities, so this card is probably not great. Buff doubling has never seen extensive play in cards like echoing ooze or djinn, and using buffs on the turn a minion is played rather than the turn it can attack puts you up for getting two for one'd.
New Warlock Minion - Kanrethad Ebonlocke
I think this is the best Prime. It's just crazy with POWER!
New Neutral Minion - Scrapyard Colossus
Very mech feeling name. As with any big stat pile in wild, probably not playable. Put it in your un'goro quest druid if you want to, but does not fit well anywhere else. It is probably the biggest elemental in the game, so keep that in mind if future sets let you cheat elementals into play.
New Druid Spell - Ironbark
Just good enough if you need to fill your deck, but not powerful enough to define any archetype.
New Neutral Minion - Mo'arg Artificer
Very nice anti aggro tool, filling a slot only really filled by bloodmage thalnos currently in setting up wipes with cheap AoE. I like it, but I like it less than thalnos.
New Mage Spell - Incanter's Flow
How's that working with 'reveal a spell from your deck...' cards? Like Spiteful Summoner or [Hearthstone Card (Dragon's Fury) Not Found]? I believe the ruling on that can be inconsistent...
Demonic Obsession - Card Design Competition Discussion Thread
Okay, these are my alternative versions for my Demon:
Number 1 doesn't fit the flavor so well, but has simplicity on its side. Maybe the Armor gain is too much?
Number 2 got a bit complicated but the huge weapon seems very fitting.
Thoughts?
New Neutral Minion - Replicat-o-tron
Very expensive card. Mech hunter can't afford to run silly value cards. Best case that I can think of is theis plus zilliax for two 6/5 taunt lifesteal divine shield minions, which is not amazing for 9 mana.
New Neutral Minion - Waste Warden
More battlecry boardwipes in this expansion than any other as far as I remember. This card is a little pricy, but can probably do good work against pirates. You will have a few matchups where this is your best card, but in most cases it will be a 5 mana neutral flanking strike, which is not super good or super bad.
New Neutral Minion - Teron Gorefiend
Teron + ??? + Play Dead + Feign Death = win the game, probably.

New Neutral Minion - Imprisoned Vilefiend
This seems bad, but at least we can learn from it that a freshly awaken minion won't do anything. Which makes all the other imprisoned guys worse...
New Neutral Minion - Maiev Shadowsong
A neutral sap, if you need one, here it is. Can be a super-Conceal if you want to do something stupid with your deck, but I would err on the proper use being about the same as sap but for classes without efficient silence/removal effects for aggro.
New Warlock Minion - Imprisoned Scrap Imp
Handbuffing after you played some early minions? Weird.
New Druid Spell - Fungal Fortunes
poor druids, there set is not really coherent. But it will make for a lot of different tier 3 decks.
New Neutral Minion - Al'ar
...? In terms of actually using this card, I can only think of deliberately triggering the deathrattle to do something that amounts to making nithogg eggs where the summons don't have rush. Very poor card.
New Warrior Minion - Imprisoned Gan'arg
I can only see this being used effectively against aggro decks, definitely not in them. As shown by quests, giving up turn 1 hurts you less than any other turn, but this gives value much sooner than a quest. I think it has more potential than you might expect. Super bad after turn 1 though, maybe suffers due to that.
New Priest Minion - Dragonmaw Sentinel
Dragon priest in wild will love the extra 2drop.
New Rogue Spell - Dirty Tricks
So good! Cheap (but slow) draw and slows down your opponent.
New Warrior Spell - Sword and Board
Better than Bash. Probably finds a place as a tool against aggro, but compared to shield bash, this feels very poor against midrange decks. Still sets up executes or plague of wrath, or maybe even Crush if the enrage package really works.
New Mage Minion - Astromancer Solarian
Very cool, potentielly super strong! The Prime battlecry is very hard to be screwed over by, also.
New Rogue Spell - Dirty Tricks
While it's a bit sad that there's basically no playing around rogue secrets, since their conclusion is really straight forward they are just great. And they will make a lot of decks include anti-secret techs, which will overall make them weaker.
New Paladin Minion - Lady Liadrin
I loved playing Lynessa Sunsorrow in Paladin even with a small amount of buff spells. I am sure I will be enjoying this with the new Libram cards. Also, her play sound against herself is "Ah, Lady Liadtwin". Nice one!
