Valve is not declining at all. They're making huge money with Steam. Whether they'll make any more games it's unsure, though Half Life: Alyx is a step forward.
But i agree, the game itself looked fun and promising. Forcing an mtg-like marketplace with a 20 dollar entry fee was stupid. And putting no restrictions on it was even more stupid, some cards were a few hundred dollars on launch day.
What a weird card. Removal + a random 8 drop. Can be treated as a worse removal + draw a card. At seven mana, I can't think of a place where that fits.
Fun card, but it's hard to make it viable. If the 3 summoned beasts will not do something in that turn (so they have rush or charge in the text or through other cards) the opponent will just use a removal
Need to create a "combo deck" starting from this card
It goes in your Kael'thas deck. You already base your entire deck on a gamble, and the chance of milling your kael'thas is insignificant. Elsewhere, maybe you put this in your goofy Yogg + Jade Idol deck. Probably not destined for rank 1 legend, but a good draw tool for the deck with the strongest draw engine in the game? Broadly positive on this card.
I found that I had encountered situations where I didn't have enough ammo to keep going, thus the extra scheme. I also had situations where I wasn't able to draw the minions that I needed, so I introduced the minstrel.
I would also be careful with the Recurring Villain since he will technically die each time, when you play N'Zoth, the Corruptor, you may end up with a lot of him instead of the Khartut Defenders. Other than that, really solid.
The only way this could really work is if you use Nourish and Biology Project to get some more mana, then you throw out some UIs and Overflows. Very likely worse than Kael'thas, but maybe as your second (and third with the potentially super strong following floop) Kael this could lend lategame to Kael burst decks that fail in the first wave of spells.
I don't like this card too much. For me it's too slow, and we can't entrust on random buff hand of few card. Sure we can buff it on turn 4, but he must survive (and 2 damage from deathrattle are too low)
Wait does this mean that if I get a golden card I won't get the normal one anymore? I don't want to play with golden cards so I always disenchant them immediately.
It's been confirmed that choose both will give you one token, so the power of the prime card is not really worth running a Fierce Monkey for. Too expensive for token and too inconsequential a card for slower decks. Unlike some of the other primes, this prime is not worth creating several copies of with deathrattle goofs, and is also in a class with weak goof game.
Deathwing on anti-steroids(spent half an hour researching if such drugs exist didn't find any) I love even warlock in wild this card fits because you already have big ass minions with the giants and a taunt killer is always welcome but with its special condition it becomes very handy in clearing boards without damaging yourself.
I wonder how many different versions of Lothraxion we'll see:
One of his moves in WoW is "Judgment Gaze", which increases the damage enemies take for a time. I tried to recreate that in Hearthstone. He costs 6 so you can combo it with Consecration, and I wanted him to have Divine Shield, so I took a heavy amount of his Health away. If he survives a turn, Avenging Wrath becomes very appealing.
I imagine we'll see quite a few Lothraxions, and probably Dreadlord Jainas as well.
My main concern with the card is that damage (or specifically mentioning it as a gameplay mechanic) is not really a Paladin thing as they only have about 5 cards in the entire game that actually deal damage (Hammer of Wrath, Consecration, Holy Wrath, Avenging Wrath, and Scarlet Purifier).
It can also end the game quickly if you happen to have a decent sized board. Not sure if that's a concern or not.
2 mana draw two is a powerful effect, and this will probably be good in most demon hunter decks. The drawing power of this card is very different from Skull of Gul'dan, where the power is in the discounting. Even though this card is more mana efficient it will probably see less play in slower decks. Aggro would rather use Crimson Sigil Runners and maybe 1-of Consume Magic if the meta is right as cyclers.
When most of your cards are bad, Kobold Librarians are always good to get you to the meat. Demon hunters will have this problem for some time, so a worse librarian will probably keep their decks running until then.

Hope it goes well now!

New Hunter Minion - Zixor, Apex Predator
Good card, since Hunter can draw rush deck from his deck. If we buff the prime version it's insane, but this will not happen so often.
New Druid Minion - Marsh Hydra

Pirate Caverns
I like what this deck is doing. Just in my experience, what I have found beneficial substitutions are:
2 Backstabs -> 2 Preparation
2 Shadow Strikes -> 1 Togwaggle's Scheme, 1 Elven Minstrel
I found that I had encountered situations where I didn't have enough ammo to keep going, thus the extra scheme. I also had situations where I wasn't able to draw the minions that I needed, so I introduced the minstrel.

New Hunter Minion - Mok'Nathal Lion
Strong card for me. This is a good removal and an istant proc of a targhet deathrattle in the right deck. It will see play for sure
New Hunter Spell - Scrap Shot
Flanking Strike was much stronger, but maybe next Best Hunter will need a card like this (even if it's not too strong)
New Druid Minion - Ysiel Windsinger
The only way this could really work is if you use Nourish and Biology Project to get some more mana, then you throw out some UIs and Overflows. Very likely worse than Kael'thas, but maybe as your second (and third with the potentially super strong following floop) Kael this could lend lategame to Kael burst decks that fail in the first wave of spells.

Golden Duplicate Protection?

I feel bad for the creator of the game, watching your baby butchered twice because of the greed of a company that slowly but steadly is declining.
New Hunter Spell - Nagrand Slam
SinceZul'jin will rotates I don't think this card will see play in standard. 10 mana for 4 random attack are too much
Keli'dan the Breaker is a new Warlock Legendary Revealed for Hearthstone's Ashes of Outland Expansion

New Druid Minion - Marsh Hydra
Strong card for me and I think it will find a spot in Embiggen Druid deck
New Neutral Minion - Burrowing Scorpid
might be a sleeper card for constructed playable.
New Druid Minion - Archspore Msshi'fn
A solid 3 mana drop for druid and at 3 mana there aren't many competitor. The prime token is ok but nothing super crazy

This competition actually gives me a reason to use a perfect card idea I had about a month ago.
And it actually happens to fit the set extremely well.
Yeah, I've used this art and name before, but it's just so great.
New Druid Minion - Ysiel Windsinger
This card shows how much Blizzard car about Wild XD
I hope this card will not enable some OTK
New Shaman Minion - The Lurker Below
I've just realised that the first strike is targetable, oh my god, that makes it so much better! Now I want to open it
New Demon Hunter Minion - Crimson Sigil Runner
