  I like what this deck is doing.  Just in my experience, what I have found beneficial substitutions are:
  
  

  2 Backstabs -> 2 Preparation

  2 Shadow Strikes -> 1 Togwaggle's Scheme, 1 Elven Minstrel

  I found that I had encountered situations where I didn't have enough ammo to keep going, thus the extra scheme.  I also had situations where I wasn't able to draw the minions that I needed, so I introduced the minstrel.

  I would also be careful with the Recurring Villain since he will technically die each time, when you play N'Zoth, the Corruptor, you may end up with a lot of him instead of the Khartut Defenders.  Other than that, really solid.
