This Mechanic sounds interesting, though I'm not convinced yet. Like, if you don't draw your Librams, this is essentialy just a River Crocolisk. And if you don't play your Reductions, you play with overcosted Spells.
I don't know if 2 damage is worth it for 5 mana. But it is also a minion and a Battlecry, I think it can work in some deck. I think this card will be on a similar power level and playrate as cards like Thunderhead or Cumulo Maximus.
Okay, I gave Lady Liadrin some shit prior to this, but the reveal of the libram mechanic forces a rethink. Get the librams low enough and you can start casting like crazy right after slamming Lady Liadrin down. Libram of Hope is in particularly crazy, but I'm a little skeptical how low you can get it in the game. Ideally you want this to be around costing 3 and below so its possible to play this the same turn as Lady Liadrin.
Massive support for pure paladin. In fact, it makes it less of a joke to play with each reveal.
Its worth nothing that paladin still has one of the poorest draw engines in the game (Crystology rotates out) so it remains to be seen whether the impact of librams can help this ailing class. Aside from the poor draw, the libram cost reducing minions are pretty standard vanilla minions on their own, so that's another thing. It may be that the libram tech is extremely powerful, but you've got to first draw and then survive to play them first. Maybe a libram that draws cards is yet to be revealed, because that's what paladin really really needs.
While most of this is great, I'm a bit worried about one thing that I didn't see them properly explain in this post: What exactly happens to the guaranteed three random champions every week that we currently get from expeditions?
From what I understand, the guaranteed random champion is gone and the base reward for expeditions will be changed into something else. Of course, a guaranteed champion wild card from a lvl10+ vault is great, but I really liked that you could slowly but steadily acquire all champions if you just played three expeditions every week. And I admit, I am not a huge fan of expeditions and completing all three every week kinda felt like a chore (especially considering they were also still one of the more efficient ways to earn experience), so in that regard I like how I will probably not be "forced" to play expeditions anymore. However, if I had to choose between a champion wild card and three random champions, I'd choose three random champions every time. So, is there something Riot has done or something we can do to compensate for this or do we just have to accept that champion acquisition will be slowed down significantly from now on?
I would have liked it if they at least shortly addressed this in their post to avoid confusion.
Another good libram support card. Not as good as the small guy, but the cost reduction is bigger and it has a taunt. I guess they stopped going in the secret/aggro pala direction and decided to go 180 and try controlly pala. I can't say I am not happy.
A very solid card. If you have even 1 libram in your deck, it's kinda a must. But even if you don't (I don't see a reason why you shouldn't) - it's a strong body for t2 play.
I doubt it will keep it's reduced cost, because it doesn't say "add a copy of it to your hand", but "add Libram of Wisdom" to your hand - so, it's like a whole new card - without any procs, buffs, nerfs, etc.
I like it, but I am not sure about it's viability, since you always need to spend those 2 mana in order to play it.
Razakus Priest has returned thanks to the un-nerf of Raza the Chained (there are tons of different variant for that, each one more or less ok), while for Malygos you should look up to some Maly Druid (combo).
Interesting addition to Equality now that Shrink ray is rotating out. And the fact you get a weapon is huge - you can start clearing right away. If you have access to some sort of healing ofc. That's the big question about this card - now that Kangor and Shirvallah are rotating out. But looking at the other revealed cards - I think that some sort of control pala might get a chance on the ladder.
This would be more playable at 9 mana. I have the feeling they bumped it to 10 for the novelty (Hunter's first 10 mana spell), but that really hampers how useful it is.
New Hunter Minion - Mok'Nathal Lion
Cool, Deathrattle and Beast synergies. I am not quite sure how good this card will be, but if nothing else I will try and experiment with it a lot.
New Paladin Minion - Aldor Attendant

I don't know if 2 damage is worth it for 5 mana. But it is also a minion and a Battlecry, I think it can work in some deck. I think this card will be on a similar power level and playrate as cards like Thunderhead or Cumulo Maximus.
Malygos & Velen
Yeah, neither of these cards see a stellar amount of play in wild.
As Lightspoon said, Prophet Velen really only sees play in some specific Razakus priest builds.
As for Malygos, either go Shaman or Druid. Shaman is less consistent but more explosive. Druid is consistent but a little slower.

I am glad Divine Spirit is rotating so that now we can have cards like this for priest.
New Paladin Spell - Hand of A'dal
Nice one. Cycle and buff for cheap cost - what more do you want. Good for early, good for late game as well.

Pure Paladin is gaining some nice tools with the next expansion.
As a main Paladin player I'm really happy with the Libram mechanic (I'm not an aggro player and Mech Paladin is not a deck for me).
New Paladin Minion - Aldor Truthseeker

Hunter can't even count to 10 (Mana). Too expensive.

I'm not that optimistic about these cards.
Until you draw librams they are 2 mana 2/3 do nothing and 5 mana 4/6 taunt do nothing.
And Librams are okayish at best.
But maybe I'm wrong, and I hope I am, because I like the idea of mono paladin.

Lady Liadrin

New Paladin Spell - Libram of Hope
Very good card. Pricey, but worth it, in my opinion. If you make it to t9 with all those "Kayn-touch-this" DH that will run around.
Malygos & Velen
I was thinking about Maly shaman, but these are far future plans, I'm hoping to find Malygos in packs first.
I didn't see Velen in Raza priest yet.

Thanks, I hate it.
The only reason I even wanted to play is because there was a nice daily/weekly limit at which I could safely stop without worrying

Kael'thas Miracle Druid: New broken deck or just fine?
To me it seems fun to play and requires some skill to play well. And it doesn't have any rng besides drawing.
I would love to see more decks like this in Tiers 2 & 3.
Malygos & Velen
