Wasn't Call of the Wild a Finisher in Hunter at some Point? I mean this could easily work as such. A well placed late Game Push is often all it takes to win.
Also, just imagine how dangerous it could be to play big AoE like Plague of Death or Twisting Nether and leave an empty Board for your Opponent.
Calculation: an epic costs 1,200 shards so you need to get at least 800 shards for it to be worth, I am not sure how many shards are there in a capsule but assuming 2 duplicate commons and 2 duplicate rares it's 12180 shards (As long as you don't have all epics) worth.
But I think there is some shard range from epic capsules and I am not sure assuming it's 600 shards you need 3-4 wins to break even with the cost of the expedition..
The other aspect of it is the exp with taking the exp into consideration it's much more worth..
it seems like the mode is less worthwhile to play but you can play it more often which means that if you like the mode you are able to play more.. and I think they will lift the 3 max per week so.. all in all it's bad for the player economy but good for the game mode.. as a game mode.
I think this is too expensive to run. Wild Pyromancer + Equality, or Silver Hand Recruit/trash minion(s) + Equality can get the job done. This would only be better than those combos if you wanted to keep an important minion on board and can afford 6 mana to do that.
But this one is a Libram and can be discounted. In later turns, with multiple discounts, it can generate huge swings.

Conceptually very cool, and with Kael'thas Sunstrider strats, this gets better. Ideally, you get to punch through a few minions and have a few of the nagrands left. And if the board is empty, you've just dealt 12 damage to the face and developed 4 minions. Obviously if you manage to keep a Tundra Rhino out then you've just won the game, congratulations.
Potential problems? a) Hunter doesnt want to keep cheap spells around unless its face hunter b) Hunter cant draw to save their life, so these kind of combos will be few and far between c) There needs to be more reasons for hunter to start putting Kael'thas Sunstrider into their decks. This alone doesnt cut it d) In most cases around turn 10, enemy minions aren't going to line up nicely. In many cases, you'll be wishing that this card clears the board and not go face. And finally e) Can hunters be relied upon to reach more than 10 turns and not die, or win outright? Not really.
So more than a few problems that makes this card thoroughly unplayable. There's better card this expansion than this, so this card will be nothing more than a "could've been great" card at the end.
What are you talking about? The game only ever gave people 1 expedition token a week, therefore only giving 1 champion, not 3. Entering expedition otherwise costed exactly 1 champion in shards or gold anyway, if you want the other 2 "guaranteed" champions, you can just spend the shards or gold you would have spent on expeditions on the champions instead :T
Unless you mean to tell me you consistently 7 win expeditions
I hope more Librams are released in time, and possibly a dedicated Legendary card too (Liadrin has synergy but not with all Librams, and she's just a Value card anyway).
Attendant is very good to build up Tempo, Truthseeker might be too slow for a real Tempo deck (by turn-5 you want to be pushing for Tempo swings already).
If the board is small enough this can be an okay-ish board clear, or if your opponent has no minions this can be 12 damage to face, but I think in most circumstances this will be too inconsistent and underwhelming to be worth playing.

Nagrand Slam is a new Hunter Card Revealed for Hearthstone's Ashes of Outland Expansion
Not reliable enough for that kind of expense.
Germination is a new Druid Card Revealed for Hearthstone's Ashes of Outland Expansion
You'd probably want to play this in a combo deck. If you're looking for value, you could just slot in a good minion - Druid has many.
Shattered Rumbler is a new Shaman Card Revealed for Hearthstone's Ashes of Outland Expansion
Damages itself and conditional AOE. Might be okay, but okay doesn't cut it for a competitive deck.
Sethekk Veilweaver is a new Priest Card Revealed for Hearthstone's Ashes of Outland Expansion
As Dyatlov would say, "Not great, not terrible."
New Paladin Spell - Libram of Justice
Meh. The Fact that you can reduce its Cost is great, but in most Cases you still need to face-tank some Damage.
Although, it probably would've been imba if it also changes the Attack to 1.
Mok'Nathal Lion is a new Hunter Card Revealed for Hearthstone's Ashes of Outland Expansion

New Paladin Spell - Libram of Justice
But this one is a Libram and can be discounted. In later turns, with multiple discounts, it can generate huge swings.
Ysiel Windsinger is a new Druid Legendary Revealed for Hearthstone's Ashes of Outland Expansion
Good combo potential
No More Cap on Vault Levels and Unlimited Wildcard Purchases are Coming to Legends of Runeterra in Patch 0.9.3, With Even More Progression Changes!
Ah yes let's show how generous we are by removing the limit of money you can spend each week.
Blizzard Reveals Six New Paladin Cards & Introduces the Libram Mechanic for Hearthstone's Ashes of Outland Expansion
Even if the full Libram package is unnecessary, I think Libram of Hope and Hand of A'dal will be played.
New Paladin Spell - Libram of Wisdom
I smell Making Mummies-Shenanigans.
1 Book. 2 Books! 4 Books!! 8 BOOKS!!!
WE'RE GONNA BUILD A GODDAMN LIBRARY!!!
Hand of A'dal
I believe this will be a staple. Versatile, helps trade/save a minion, or contribute to face damage... and replaces itself!
Libram of Hope
The new & improved Lay on Hands, playable even without mana reducton from Libram cards.
New Paladin Spell - Hand of A'dal
Altered Version of Flash of Light. Seems good enough to replace it.
New Paladin Spell - Libram of Justice

New Paladin Spell - Libram of Hope
The 2 Pally Minions they revealed make this Card crazy good. With Luck you can curve into this on t6. And yeah, the Lady Liadrin Stuff.
Though I'm not sure if I'd want to play this without the Reduction. 9 Mana is a lot.
New Paladin Spell - Libram of Wisdom
So, yes, exactly Explorer's Hat. But this one includes the word "spell" for some reason. Like, what else would it be?
New Paladin Minion - Aldor Truthseeker
Too slow for Tempo purposes, but good for more classic Midrange plans.

New Paladin Minion - Aldor Truthseeker
Way better than the little Guy. Bigger Reduction and it's not a 5 Mana do Nothing.
New Paladin Minion - Aldor Attendant
I hope more Librams are released in time, and possibly a dedicated Legendary card too (Liadrin has synergy but not with all Librams, and she's just a Value card anyway).
