In my opinion, the Blizzcon card back was a better Year of the Dragon card back than this. It's got a sleeker design that matches the aesthetic of the other "Year of the" card backs more closely.

The cardback is nice but not impressive.

I expected some Raven and/or Kirin Tor symbol in there.

Oh well!

I kind of doubt it, but it would help out with the economy issue. 

I'm glad for all the news today, but damn... I just want the new year announcement already!

They saw the year of the dragon packs did sale that's why they do this experiment.. but I think they should make classic packs of specific classes and give it to new accounts.. hope it indicates about that direction.. that's what gwent and LoR are doing..

I guess this is an experiment and if it goes well, they will do packs for other classes as well, on a rotating basis. I just hope that if this doesn't sell well, they'll conclude that they have to do something about the pricing rather than abandon the experiment altogether.

I'm staunchly against paying for hero portraits usually (if there's not a new hero power then it doesn't really affect the game) but damn when they keep it a timed exclusive and I fall for it.

That said all these additions look pretty neat! Is there a list of playable Tavern Heroes? 

They're not using the "playhearthstone" stream, instead they're giving out packs for watching any 3rdparty stream as long as it's in the Hearthstone category.

Would've been a better deal if yeah legendary was guaranteed, or even if they gave one golden pack.

My guess is that they don't want to devalue Galakrond's Awakening which has some great Mage cards (including that Reno Hero card)

Big hopes that this daily login rewards become a thing, been wanting this since the beginning of the game!

I'd like to hear it from Bliz themselves, why the heck is this priced at a higher price than usual and how the heck they could have thought this to be okay.

At least guarantee a legendary, that's maybe worth 10 bucks, just maybe.

I like how they have been creating new types of packs, but I dislike this one. I think it is even worse when compared to the last "special" pack which was great value... I hope they do not do this for the other 8 classes and I hope no one buys this...

Yeah, it's a bad deal for people that go for complete collections, but it is a "good deal" for people that mainly play one class.

Some f2p or people that "main" classes could reliably get cards for their favorite class. It would greatly reduce the $$$ needed to "complete" your collection.

Even better, if they added the possibility of buying them with gold. As someone who plays mostly 1-2 classes, I would pay 200g for one pack of my favorite classes.

A Warband is what they call the group of minions you’re running on your battleground team. 

A minion is... well a minion. So you get a random minion that they were running. 

Mobile updates take additional time before they release; you'll hopefully see one in a few hours...or at least by tomorrow.

Step 1 - print random shitty cards that makes mage disappear from the meta for years

Step 2 -  Make mages spent 2 euros for a pack

Step 3 - Profit!

There is nothing in Piltover & Zaun that I want, so I completely skipped it. Will probably work on Ionia next; I want to pick the Freljord, but I crafted most of what I wanted out of there so it's not necessary.

Warbands I'm pretty sure are the board, it's what they call your group of minions in the stats page
