1. Super f2p friendly, it is probably the most f2p friendly card game right now. rewards and packs keep dropping from nowhere, you can craft a meta deck in no time.
2. Mostly skill-based, every game I lose, I know why I lost, I could've played things differently etc... It has almost no rng.
3. Beautiful artwork and sounds.
4. It has awesome developers, focusing on developing and balancing the game.
5. Deckbuilding is super fun, there are many layers of deckbuilding.
6. On the appstore, it has a rating of 4.8 (coming to android in first quarter of 2019, it is available for PC)
Here are some reviews of people who have played this game, articulating their thoughts better than mine:
Ah is it [Hearthstone Card (C’Thun) Not Found]? The better technology being [Hearthstone Card (Mecha’thun) Not Found] and the OG standing for OldGod rather than original gangster.
As of late I'm a huge fan of Celeste - it has amazing gameplay, music and story. I relate closely to the story, and it has gotten me through a hard time. There's also how it's extremely difficult, but encourages you to beat it, it's never something you can't do.
All in all, I highly recommend anyone who hasn't played this game yet to give it a try, it's more than worth it!
I tried the Nozdormu + Ysera Unleashed combo, where you could skip your opponent's turn by having the dream portal animations use all their time.
Wait, how does that work? Do you play Ysera unleashed and then hope your opponent plays nozdormu? Or do you try and get both Nozdormu and Ysera off of random effects and then do some weird something or other with Treachery as a warlock? Or . . .?
Not gonna go into my gaming history and all time favorites but just the recent ones. Besides HS just recently finished Jedi Fallen Order. Amazing blend pf different games with a plot line better than the recent movies. On that regard Jedi Outcast and KOTOR easily beat the recent movies too in terms of story depth.
On a side note Destiny 2 since Steam release has been a total blast and a great surprise since the early days
League of Legends no doubt. I really love playing multiplayer games, because I can talk with other people and communicate with them. LoL is just my top dog without any question - I've spent so much time on it, and despite any break I may take (like the one I'm currently taking to play some more HS), I'm sure I'll come back soon.
2nd place would be Overwatch and 3rd place would be Witcher 3 - one of few singleplayer games I loved. I especially found myself constant;y hunting for Gwent cards and ignoring the main plot altogether. xd
Today, my all-time favorite video game turns 20 years old.
(I literally took this picture this morning when I woke up. Yes I do actually have two copies of it)
Gran Turismo has been my favorite racing game franchise, and one of my all time favorite franchises of anything ever since I got GT1. I first got GT2 as a Christmas present back in 2008, and it's nothing short of amazing.
Aww thats a nice story! ☺️
I have a similar one with Starcraft. It was one of my first games i got as a kid and for several years, i thought that Zerg campaign had only two maps.
Cause the second map you couldn win with 'kill everything' strategy, which was my only strategy since i didnt know a word in English at the time.
Imagine my surprise when i came back to it after few years being able to read the objective and get to map 3 😂 it felt so amazing yet stupid i couldnt figure it out all those years 🤣
I dont play SC anymore but still love to watch tournaments. Really one of great games.
Better body to drop on curve which enables Dragon synergy. I tried both Talonpriest and Guardian and they just didn't feel right in terms of powerlevel
Definitely not. Coffin Crasher has Voidcaller like effect and is great. The Chronobreaker is a conditional deathrattle with weak body for a 5 drop which is just inferior to the Duskbreaker. It would also make an Aggro matchup better since it's the mid game already where you start dropping your Taunts/Coffin Crasher/Duskbreaker. If you want to improve aggro matchup cut Dragon Breeders for Potion of Madness
It's not the first time that some weird interaction take place with "replay" effects: if I'm not wrong, Team 5 stated that for this kind of mechanic a minion is not specificly that minion but just an "item 1" so if it got transformed by something the change is not even considered by the "replay" that simply use "item 1" in its new form without caring.
I tried the Nozdormu + Ysera Unleashed combo, where you could skip your opponent's turn by having the dream portal animations use all their time.
It worked as intended and the turn skipped back to me....but for some unholy reason I was unable to do any action. My minions were ready to attack, but I couldn't give commands or even end my turn. I had to watch the rope burn out only for my opponent to continue normally.
Now I would assume this was some intentional interaction to prevent cheese like this...but I saw a goddamn video that performed this very combo without issues so I have to assume the code just got fucked again.
Couple of questions because I am a Dragon Priest Fanatic,
1) Is Nightmare Amalgam really better than something like Kabal Talonpriest or Twilight Guardian?
2) Chronobreaker over Coffin Crasher perhaps? It fits in with both the Dragon and Deathrattle package and it seems as if it would make the aggro matchup a bit better.
