Yes, it is Plaguebringer! To be a bit clearer on the reasons:

The namesake is Plague of Madness, another Poisonous plague.

The effect shouldn't exist because there are no other Basic cards with Poisonous and the text "Give a friendly minion Poisonous" would not have existed in the Classic set since Poisonous wasn't a keyword at release.

Well, I guess double Spellbreaker? I think it will be silence meta, because you can't always clear all the stats from the board that got powercreeped (at least seemed to me from the reveal stream). You need to silence this and Dragonmaw Poachers, otherwise you're in deep trouble.

this doesnt make sense, rather play a solid 5 drop, the requirement is ridiculous and has no synergy at all.

One of my favourite Shaman decks in Wild is Burn Shaman deck with Tunnel Trogg, Totem Golem and Spirit of the Frog to cycle the burn. Maybe I can build a more board-oriented deck with this and Storm's Wrath. Should be fun.

Why would commons and rares be he same cost? That kinda misses the point of it being "rare" no?

This would be the worst version hands down, random demons include the blood imp. Your big swing turn becomes big whiff turn.

Great card, aggro paladdin decks were always strong and this works greatly with standard and wild decks

Openend another 100 packs my end result of legendaries is 5....... without counting the first legendary that is guaranteed within the first 10 packs.

157 packs (openend veranus at pack 7) divived by 5 is 1 every 31.5 packs. besides the golden legendary i got pretty unlucky?
