Yes, looks horrible for the budget players. For any viable dragon deck, you'll need some 3 good big dragons as a wincondition, the complete set of matching spells and early game minions, and assorted handdragons. Most impactful cards are epic or legendary, with a lot of must-crafts like this one.

Annoy-o-Tron is the first card which comes to mind.
There's that horn in his hand (trumpets), it's a common, there are bigger versions of it for more mana (like Psych-o-Tron), all of them are low(est) tier. And you could argue it's a "he".
agreed with everything you said. I dont think this is a broken card so much as Pocket Galaxy for 5 was. I see this mainly used in combo decks and the occasional tempo dragon deck out there but nothing seriously unplayable against.
I love these reports, but the last three have been the same because of the inevitable late expansion meta phase and Shamanstone. Maybe we could use some off-meta/kind of competitive/fun lists these weeks with HsReplay evidence and personal experience. I know it wouldn't be much of a report but maybe an interesting alternative. Keep up the good work, nonetheless, this site is awesome.
Big Paladin lets go! Your opponent does get to take advantage of the extra mana first though but they will also have to deal with an 8/8. In arena, this seems risky but can also still be good due to the body.

Stowaway (2) - 5 mana 4/4 with minimal upside. Generally bad.
Frizz Kindleroost (4) - Standard 4 drop, with a relevant upside for this rotation. Should average minion most of the time though.
