While I see the resemblance to Prince Keleseth, this is different on multiple levels. Prince Keleseth affected all your minions, always, and caused a huge (while delayed) power spike on turn 2. If Keleseth was a 4 mana 5/4, I doubt it would have seen play, maybe just in Zoo warlock that has a hero power that allows you to make use of all those cards instead of taking ages to draw them.
You can't have a Dragon deck with 27 Dragons and this in your deck +2 spells because you'd be killed by basucally any aggro deck before you drop your first Dragon 9/10 games even if you do get this on turn 4. So, it's limited in that regard. Every control spell you put in to stop aggro (because you don't really have a low cost Dragon for it) takes another dragon out of your deck.
Most Dragon decks in the past contained as low as 7 dragons in order to operate. Lowering their cost by 2 is way different than lowering all your minions to 1 mana as well, by the way. 1 mana on Archmage Antonidas or a Mountain Giant is so much stronger than a 2 mana discount on a 9-drop and I don't get how people are missing that.

At first I thought, this card is going to make Kingsbane unplayable but if this cards gets relevant at some point every player is going to play 2 copies of this, that include the Kingsbane Rogue and his opponent, and the opponent has to play Kobold Stickyfinger first, so at some point in the end the Kingsbane Rogue gets the weapon back.
looks like a bad doomsayer... only dealing 5 damage is quite a dealbreaker. And you don´t need it to come down earlier than doomsayer, so not that great of a card
This card should be played before an opponet sets up his board or it should be protected by taunt for a turn. In theory this might ses play if there will be a lot of aggro. It's could be better than Doomsayer at some point because it can hold the board for multiple turns instead of just 1 if it's buffed somehow. I like we got this kind of tech card.
Poor man's Doomsayer. But there are also some strategic use to it. If your minions have divine shield or otherwise can survive this its just a cheap delayed AOE device that saves you 5 hp if it fails.
Given lifesteal, this more or less can put you back to 30. Or if given poison then its an actual doomsayer that can't kill divine shielded minions. Might have some potential for freeze mage to return to meta given that they now have more AOE to combo with freeze effects.
That it is 1 mana cheaper cannot be underestimated.

New Card Reveal - Tentacled Menace
Confirmed name by u/czhihong: Tentacled Menace
New Neutral Minion - Depth Charge
No, it also gives minion +3/+3, which translates to: +3/+1 on this minion.
New Neutral Minion - Tentacled Menace
Imagine, "stealing" the cost of your opponents shirvallah...
But that aside, it seems really not that good.
New Neutral Minion - Tentacled Menace
Another meme epic card, but they're fun to play. This would work best against classes with tons of low cost cards like Rogue and Mage.
New Neutral Minion - Tentacled Menace
Not bad, but not weird enough to build a deck around it.
New Card Reveal - Tentacled Menace
The effect is interesting. May eventually lead to something consistent and super fun in Wild, but for now it's just edge case I guess.
New Card Reveal - Tentacled Menace
Thats an interesting design! Risk reward
New Neutral Minion - Tentacled Menace
I can already see this being played in my big paladin deck
Tentacled Menace
Even for me this is super Meme-y.
New Neutral Minion - Tentacled Menace
I guess in control versus aggro this could be good? Or maybe as a mill card?
Tentacled Menace
1 star meme card.
New Neutral Minion - Tentacled Menace
epic meme
no way this seeing play
New Neutral Minion - Depth Charge
Priest quest complete HP only gives 3 extra health per turn and you need 5 per turn so it is not continuous.

New Neutral Minion - Depth Charge
Did anyone said Doomsayer, this card loos like Doomsayer get it? mini Doomsayer scuffed Doomsayer knock off Doomsayer Doomsayer Doomsayer Doomsayer Doomsayer
All thread is
Depth Charge
It's just really fcking annoying not really good except in some very specific tier 3 deck probably.
New Neutral Minion - Depth Charge
This is just insane anti aggro card if you play it on turn 1/2. However it serves only that purpose so I can see it being a tech in few decks
New Neutral Minion - Kobold Stickyfinger

New Neutral Minion - Depth Charge
It may be, as long as it is your only minion. And most opponents will stop throwing boards down rather soon, and search for hard removal or silence.

Depth Charge
I am actually suprised not everyone is giving it a one star. It seems quite obviously unplayable.
Depth Charge
card art looks decent enough. 4 doomsayers in every combo deck now.
