Really excited to see this being played against galakrond decks and see if it brings some form of balance in this chaotic expansion. Most dragons are good and you can outcontrol your opponent. Biggest outside ofc is the 9 mana but we cant tell for sure if there are gonna be a lot of aggro decks.
Bandersmosh (5/5): Stats are good for the cost and gettin a random legendary in the process is pretty good. Can get access to something you should not have and on T5 no less. This card could easilly snowball.
Nithogg (3/5): Can provide nice value, but you need to be in a winning position, since the eggs can be killed off for no benefit by your opponent.
Zzeraku the Warped (4/5): Big dragon that can become a win condition. Basically giving your Hero Power the Jaraxxus HP on top. It is a very slow play and you need to have Health to spare, but even just as a body with a dragon tag should be decent. You can obviously play it for 10 mana to get one drake right away.
Cumulo-Maximus (5/5): Superb card, if you can get the effect off. Can help you get a lot of done for 5 mana on turns, where you are overloaded. Obviously draft dependent, but even if you need to play it just for tempo, it is still good. Elemental synergy on top of all that. Amazing card.
Arcane Breath (3/5): Heavilly dependant on the draft, without dragons, it sucks. With them, its amazing.
Bad Luck Albatross (5/5): This card is actually sick for arena. Good aggresive stats for a 3-drop and an effect that can basically negate two draws from your opponent. Sure, it will be RNG if your opponent draws the 1/1s, but it is an ability that can help you win the game. Were it a worse statline, i wouldnt be as excited about it, but since you dont sacrifice any tempo for the effect, just amazing.
Dragoncaster (2/5): Obviously if you can get some nice value out of the battlecry, it can be a very powerful card. But you need to have a spell you want to play and a dragon in hand. Might be too much to ask for it to provide consistent value in arena, but if you get draft for it, it can swing games hard.
It's fine. Not much more to say, really: it has okay stats for its cost and the effect can really ruin someone's day. However, the card is kind if boring and often wont make much of a difference. So...yeah. It's fine.
Wouldn't call this boring, since you can actually copy it and ruin your opponent's whole deck by filling it with 1/1s
You can meme with it so I find this card actually good.
Thanks, nice to know its working out for other too. Funny thing is that i created it thinking that a mix between handlock and aggro would result in nothing good. it was just supposed to be kinda of a meme, but after i tried it it was very consistent at having an early board while having a big hand size in order to synergize with our power plays of turn 3 or 4 giants. dropping the twilight drake and the faceless taunts that even lock used actually proved to be useful as it was week to silence effects.
of course much will change with the new expansion, but until then have been having fun with this deck. cheers
A Shifter Zerus for legendaries that always has decent stats, always costs 5 and is more managable. It's a fun card to run but these types of effects are never competitive.
"Good card" and "will not see play" are not mutually-exclusive: you can have both at the same time. Because in a way you are right: sometimes there just isn't enough space for all these good cards. As of this moment, Diving Gryphon does not really have a home in the currently-existing decks.
...which is where I take issue with your argument, because I feel you're being short-sighted. SN1P-SN4P is on the verge of rotation, to name one example, whereas the Gryphon has plenty of time to still see usage. Highlander Hunters today might become Rush Hunters tomorrow, or at least slot in a larger Rush package, and the Gryphon could find a home there.
This is my favorite legendary revealed along with Nozdormu until now. The value is insane, and if you think that she could even put in your hand a 0 mana copy of herself...
This card is ok. If Nithogg had some better stats it wouldn't be as mediocre since your opponent would be kinda forced to attack the eggs while leaving a big dragon alive, but Nithogg is a 6 mana 5/5 unlike Veranus that has much better stats and a better immediate effect. Nithogg is underwhelming but could still see some play just to be able to activate Lightning Breath and you could see it as a 6 mana 5/11 that has the potential to become a total of 13/13 in stats on turn 7.
New Mage Spell - Arcane Breath
Pretty cool card, useful even if you're not holding a dragon
New Mage Minion - Dragoncaster
Nice card, I can see big spell dragon mage <3 It'll have bunch of dragons, big spells and maybe Elysiana?
Dragonqueen Alexstrasza

New Neutral Minion - Bad Luck Albatross
This is a great card. If Highlander decks take off this will be very popular.
New Neutral Minion - Bad Luck Albatross
This, Hakkar and Undetakah are going to be fun to shut down Highlander decks.

New Neutral Minion - Bad Luck Albatross
Like the concept, a very interesting effect for a common card.
New Neutral Minion - Zul'Drak Ritualist
To be a filler, this is not so bad.
New Shaman Minion - Bandersmosh
A Shifter Zerus for legendaries that always has decent stats, always costs 5 and is more managable. It's a fun card to run but these types of effects are never competitive.

New Shaman Minion - Bandersmosh
someone love Lewis Carroll ....Shudderwock. Bandersmosh
Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!
New Neutral Minion - Transmogrifier
Can't wait to see him in a Trolden video, ruining combos while randomly generated somehow.
New Neutral Minion - Dread Raven
I like the effect, but would require a too messy setup to make it work properly. Is going to be the main character of a lot of memes tho.
New Neutral Minion - Kobold Stickyfinger
A tech card that waited too long to be released. Can't wait to steal my opponent's weapon.
New Neutral Minion - Chromatic Egg
This unfortunately won't see play, still I love the flavor!
New Neutral Minion - Kronx Dragonhoof
Any Galakrond deck would be empty without this card, this is probably going to be a must craft.
New Neutral Minion - Shu'ma
Onyxia never saw play, and this will be no difference. Or at least I hope so...
New Neutral Minion - Dragonqueen Alexstrasza
This is my favorite legendary revealed along with Nozdormu until now. The value is insane, and if you think that she could even put in your hand a 0 mana copy of herself...
New Neutral Minion - Sathrovarr
Already had the "pleasure" to deal with this guy, can became dangerous in a lot of situations. Very flexible.
New Shaman Minion - Nithogg
This card is ok. New Warrior Spell - Molten Breath
Probably the worst Breath card, not very worthy.
New Warrior Minion - Scion of Ruin
Pretty solid IMHO, could even be used without its effect in early game just in case.
New Warrior Weapon - Ancharrr
Please, STOP with pirates! Luckily, this doesn't seem good at all.
