Good rush hunter card, but I feel the effect is kind of slow and it may not be worth it to combo 

Obviously a mandatory card for this expansion cycle.

Devastating with unleash, equality on a well-statted stick for.. hunter! Bad-ass card. Wonder if a more control-ish hunter is possible in standard though

Is it only mechs on board at the time of the battlecry? or any mechs played that turn?  I'm assuming it's the former.

I was thinking that Hunter would get Alex because of the other Good-Guy-Classes getting the other Aspects (Deathwing being the exaption of course).

So pretty much just 1 mana gain a lackey really. Kind of worth it, not that great though.

Now this is a reason to run a galakrond deck (even the warlock one lol)

also it doesn't look very impressive. What mechs even are there in Standard that would benefit from this? We already had Copertail for Stealthed Magnetic shenanigans...this costs 2-mana more and only makes sense if you  have a mech on board that even needs this.

At best this would see play in an aggro mech deck....but all of those already succeed at abusing magnetic anyways

Definitely a card that you’d run dragons for just to activate this. This alone would probably be enough to carry any subpar cards you’d need to run to activate it

This card has just crazy value. I can't see this not being played.

Plus, the limited discover pool is just making it more consistent therefore better

Even tho it gives your opponent the advantage first, don't forget you're still getting an 8/8 minion on that turn which your opponent can't ignore. I think this card will be a meta challenger. Big Paladin on its way through!

Class legendaries often end up being pretty good, but a lot of the time it’s more something that’s useful for a specific type of deck, making this card a lot worse

this is amazing in Quest Hunter. I'm running Toxmonger (because fuck crafting Flark for just one more expansion) and it has bailed me out on multiple occasions. This is basically that but so much better.

With Desert Spear you can basically guarantee 2 kills if you just were to drop this on 6....and the late the game goes the better of a comeback mechanism you have. Two card 9-mana combo to clear the enemy board is pretty solid. Not to mention you'll generate a bunch of rushers with Halazzi and Springpaw.

I remember when powerful battlecries came with a stat penalty. I guess vanilla statted board wipes are ok if they require a combo.

Could even run it in highlander. With Spear, Springpaw, Unleash and Explosive Trap you should have enough activators for it to be viable.

I do find it amusing that this has even the smallest amount of synergy with Toxic Reinforcements. 

More seriously, this looks rather strong. Whether it fits in some sort of Dragon Hunter... well, given the cards we've seen so far, I don't think there will be a Dragon Hunter! Hunter only has four dragons, and they don't share much synergy. This fits nicely with typical Hunter cards, though. Small rushes like Springpaw, secrets like Explosive Trap, tokens left behind by mechs, and such. It's rather expensive, but it seems likely to see play regardless.

Probably the worst card revealed so far. I’m glad to see the Mech pool diluted a bit more.

Needing to run subpar cards like this for Galakrond would definitely be a potential downfall for the deck type as a whole

Solid 1 drop mech, really love the effect of the card. Hopefully it's not going to be broken as many pre-nerfed 1-drop, but the meta will tell.

This card is going to be good, particularly for Shaman with Shudderwock.  Reminds me of the Elemental Legendary Kalimos.

i think with this card ,hunter will keep his dominating place in tier 1

Also, do they add any past cards to classic or any new set?

Easily goes into every galakrond deck, very powerful and versatile. I guess they have to make sure we play the new expansion lol
