That couple of things together would fix Wild for a very long while, avoiding spikes, and allowing any deck a tech card against major synergies. No nerf required.

Right now Wild at rank 5 and higher is a complete trashbin. No variety is possible at all (unless you like to suffer), against those meta-warping topdecks.

Isn't the problem really with passive reduction auras (Mechwarper, portal, Sorcerer's Apprentice, etc.) more than one-time cost reductions like Galvaniser, Emperor T and the like? I think that by instituting a hard rule against reducing cards to zero a lot of non-problematic OTK comboes would become collateral damage.

 

It's not the most elegant solution, but I think adding the line "this cannot reduce a card's cost below (1)" as and when needed is the least invasive fix. For example, I'm not convinced that adding the line to Sorcerer's apprentice is the best solution as the card has been central to just about every mage deck in the game. I think it'd be better to target key cards in the secretmage deck with nerfs than to take out a card that's crucial to cyclonemage, freezemage, Exodia mage, etc.

 

What if they added to Snip-snap card text: "cannot cost less than 1?" 

 

I've received 60g quests since the change. I haven't re-rolled any of them, either. I don't know about playing a friend quests...

Seems like a natural replacement to Explodinator that was always sub-par and only included because it meant 3 mechs on the board from one card. This is strictly better even without the 6 mana 7 damage to the hero fringe possibility. 

I played both this version, and a previous one that Aliestrasza played in early RoS. One thing that I am absolutely sure of is that this needs more draw.

I would suggest you throw in Acolyte of Pain, Pyromancer and 2 PW: Shield.

It will help you with the draw, and will also help keep board against really aggresive decks (IMO Mossy is too damn slow for that).

I meant gameplay feels mechanically slow to me. The flow of the game exaust my will to play pretty fast...

I think that Mortuary Machine is too demanding, 0-mana Silence would probably be spent until turn 5, and the deck doesn't have much draw. The other ways of silencing it means it's coming too late and losing its impact, so I would definitely cut it. 

They've said that a wipe was coming since the first closed beta, but they didn't specified untill now when exactly the wipe would take place. At this point I hope that the next phase will be the open beta so that everyone can play the game and start building his own collection.

You can't use the Quest with Galakrond because he'll overwrite the reward once you play him.

They want us to play midrange Warlock, which has never worked because it's not nearly as good as just swarming the board early and it doesn't work as control either.

I remember Odd Pala to rule the meta so this HP can not be that bad.  And how are you crippling your deck? You play a card that invokes and get two 1-1's on the board. I say that is good value. Your quest point is valid, although the quest can take long to complete so you might play Galakrond before finishing your quest and still enjoy the best of both worlds. And finally, we do not know the other Warlock cards so they could make a difference and I think it's too early to conclude your general final statement.

Slow? How so? Its aggro paradise out there. You almost never run out of cards cause how u draw on boths players turns

The difficulty gap between heroic and normal is way too small now.

Funny thing... I was bored and decided to play an Auto Completed Paladin deck... it gave me this deck.  This EXACT deck is what the game suggested I play as the best Paladin deck right now.  And in my handful of games with it so far I haven't lost yet, and I've faced some top level decks like Evolve Shaman and Secret Highlander Paladin.
