So from here on out, assuming they continue with signature cards and signature golden packs, the golden packs of an expansion will drop a legendary 1 in every 5 packs on average, at least until you get all the signature legendaries? DAMN! I don't ever buy the golden bundles but now... I'm still probably not going to buy them! However, for the people that do, it would seem they just got a lot more value for their money with this change!
thanks, I did indeed just get it when the new day started(11pm in the UK)
although I still think there is some inconsistency as all the previous quests from the main chain I got immediately after finishing the previous one
unless there is like a cap, so that lets say if you started doing them today you'd be able to finish the whole chain, but two days ago you'd stop on the next to last one
yeah that is very counterintuitive especially that in the past we used to be able to complete the chain in one sitting no matter when you started
Glad to hear! And that’s exactly the point of these guides, to shed some light on lesser known aspects of the Marvel universe. Not surely we’ll go into more well known stuff, like Iron Man or Captain America
How did you beat Prince M without summoning any of his taunty imps?
Even on Normal, he summons a 13/13 demon that attacks with no sense of self-preservation.
You need to rush down melchazar before killing any demons. Best achieved through a defensive build that can also focus down red targets, like nature bros. Just remove brukan for something like nemsy, who comes with a renewable natural taunt minion.
Dont need to worry too much about them demons killing themselves, since one of them usually buffs demon's health.
Should be able to easily kill off the prince before anything else dies.
At first I was stunned to see streamers with 4K+ collection levels, but man, with that 25% card pickup on the reserves, it makes sense. Dang, that's rough.
Though I've been playing for years, I decided to start a new account and play as a free-to-play.
Through the years, the community of players have been bashing the developers and complained about a lot of things. "Salty" was a word that repeated itself.
Now, I thought to share the surprisingly positive experience I had as a "new player".
- The rank 40 matches is genius. So much fin playing "basic and simple" Hearthstone games.
- The collection you start with is large, includes many legendary cards, and many good ones too.I remembers my experience in past years, and how toiled to craft some of these cards that are now given for free :)
- The auto-complete deck option actually provide you decent decks for the cards you have, with synergies, across classes.
- The cards you "discover" as you rank up your classes, are actually useful, and the fact you "right of the bat" achieve rewards in the "experience map" is adding to the fun.
- Players you play against are actually nice and fun to play against. Win or lose, you don;t feel "salty" because of some toxic over-powered deck that was played.
All and all, a fun experience entering into the game. A difference of night and day comparing to even five or four years ago.
The quests that appear in the first slot are part of a quest-chain; however, you only get one of those quests per day: the last one will appear tomorrow.
anyone else didn't get the last big quest? after the one with Sindragoss there was the one with playing Death Knight cards but it didn't activate for me
it just says "next daily quest in x hours", I kinda wonder if it just dissappeared and will actually activate when new day starts or if I'll just get 2 random daily event quests
How did they even connect Lich King with Silvermoon/Blood elves in one expansion? It seems they didn't have enough material and merged 2 expansions in one at the last minute?
Normally Lich King could be better associated with Northrend or Plaguelands!!??
Is entire campagin in it in wc3;, where Arthas kills and raises sylvannas as a banshee, destroys their city. Wipes out 90% of their population, murders their king, defiles their source of power (the sunwell) by ressurecting Kel'thuzad as a Lich.
Its reason theyre even called blood elves instead of high elves they used to, due loosing their 90% of their population there from Arthas and his scourge rampage.
Theyre prolly as a race the most impacted by the scourge, lordareons kingdom was destroyed but mulltiple of the human kingdoms survived.
I can't think of a better way to explain it, but I will try anyway. The Runes your deck "equips" are based on the highest respective Rune-totals of all the cards in it. So the highest total on any one card with Blood, any one card with Frost, and/or Unholy Runes. If Blood Boil is in there, perhaps alongside other 1- or 2-Blood Rune cards, then your "commitment level" to Blood peaks at 2, so long as you don't have Vampiric Blood or another 3-Blood Rune card in your deck. Blood Boil brought the deck's Blood level to 2, then Glacial Advance brought the Frost commitment level to 1, maxing out the deck's Rune slots.
You can have as many 2-Blood or 1-Blood cards as you want in a 2-Blood deck, but the moment you put a 3-Blood card in, your commitment level to Blood denies you any Frost or Unholy cards. The deck in the GIF is 2-Blood/1-Frost, so it can have any cards that are 2-Blood, 1-Blood, 1-Frost, or those that are Runeless (which include Neutrals, of course).
As long as you have enough corpses, this will remove the entire board AND it counters deathrattles that summon minions. This seems really good, but it does need a lot of corpses. I feel like you might need to slot in a Unholy rune so you can get more corpse generating cards. But TBH i feel like Spammy Arcanist can do the same job most of the time.
I feel like Blood DKs that run a unholy rune might use this regardless, and Blood DKs that run a frost rune will run Spammy Arcanist instead.
This seems REALLY strong, especially because you can go over max health with this card. but the downside is that you MUST have 3 blood runes... Which means that you cant slot in a Undead rune for more corpses or Frost rune for draw/shenanigans. Which honestly might be a big downside. I feel like Blood DK needs more pay-offs in order to run this card.
Must-kill spider tank, and from what we have seen so far DK loves ressing minions which makes this a mass-card draw option. Honestly i feel like the unholy DKs will slot their last rune into frost just so they can run this card.
I think this might see some play, just because this effect works as long as a friendly undead minion died during your previous turn or during your opponents turn. Also this might be nice in a Evolve shaman deck because it fills board. Still, i fear that Clownfish + murlocs are just too good. However if Shaman gets good enough Undead minions then i think Unliving Champion might have a chance.

An In-Depth Look at Death Knight, Hearthstone's Newest Class - Ghoul Hero Power, Rune System, Corpses Mechanic, New Cards, and More
