A circle gear turns into mecha jaraxxus? Why did they change the animation that people paid real money for? When did they even nerf it, i didn't see anyone telling this. Fuck this. I'm never buying a 80 pack bundle again.
So tomorrow is the release day and I'm super excited, probably as much as most of you, my dear Hearthstoners. :) :) :) This expansion looks very good in general, but there is something I wanna talk related to the trailer Blizzard made for it...
It's about the Flexplosions' scene (starring Reno Jackson mounted on two camels). The first time I watched it, I thought the explosions were caused by... ehem... Reno's farts... I mean, just take a look at his pose, his movements and the camels' reaction, it looks like he is f...king farting!!! I didn't relate the explosions just to the movements he makes with his biceps, I really thought he was just making more and more force with his arms and opening his legs just to fart stronger and stronger!!! :( :( :( Please, seriously, look at the scene again and tell me it doesn't look like that... And the camels, yeah, the camels just look like they are not able to stand the f...king noxious smell!!! :( :( :(
I'm not gonna lie, I love the trailer (and the 10 hours version even more :P), it is great, but I can't stop thinking about this...

Pretty hyped to start playing with these cards tomorrow. First set that i am going into with all 9 classes gold so that won't influence what i want to play anymore. The guaranteed golden legendaries of the pre-orders are a nice bonus, but i can only hope they are ones i will play. I think i will be toying with Priest and Paladin first followed by Rogue and Mage. Going to be a fun week.
I like this card back, even if it's a little late. It has a far cleaner look than the last two and I can clearly see it's a raven. The krakan was very stylized and the mammoth was a bit goofy in my eyes with a strange brown, blue, and grey cooler scheme. Raven's colors and shapes are far more complementary to each other.
Thanks for the feedback. I agree that we're trying to go fast, but I'm 99% sure there are going to be multiple decks that go a lot faster than this, meaning that we need to have ways to keep control of the game. Sul'thraze does that extremely well, especially with Armored Goon. I've played Sul'thraze before, and I'd say on average you get 3 hits in on decks that care about the board.
Oh I like Sul'thraze in general--I just don't like the way it lines up with this quest, especially in this deck. If you're trying to complete through an Axe on T2 and a Wrench on T4, then either you're using a different weapon for your completion swing on T6 or you're missing out on golem opportunities and/or overkill swings. It's OK if we hit Greenskin or Upgrade and get our fifth swing off the Wrench, but then we're still holding our Sul'thraze in hand, hoping to use it off-curve. Perhaps that's the price we need to pay to be viable, but it just feels so bad to me. I think I could justify it if we were taking the quest slower--say, no Axe on T2, and then being out of mana on T6 doesn't matter because we still need 3 more swings for completion anyways. But then we need to think about how to contain aggro before T6 AND how to keep up with value decks afterwards, and I think the deck starts to want to look like conventional Bomb Warrior with Quest and a few extra weapons sprinkled in.
I'm just going off my own gut though--obviously I haven't actually played anything yet, and like I said, everyone else seems to be predicting that Sul'thraze is all-around great for this quest. We'll find out for sure tomorrow. Good luck!

I like this card back, even if it's a little late. It has a far cleaner look than the last two and I can clearly see it's a raven.
