My favorite has to be Plague of Murlocs. Not only do I feel its one of the strongest cards of the set, but I love shaman and I hate Mountain Giants on my opponents board.

My hearthstone username is The4mana77, after the infamous Flamewreathed Faceless. I almost cried when I saw EVIL Recruiter.

My favorite card so far is Frightened Flunky, because I want Taunt Warrior to become a thing again and this looks like the card that'll help make that happen. Plus it's obviously Shaggy from Scooby Doo.

My favorite card so far is: Plague of Flames.

Because it has massive potential to turn the game around, and Warlock needed some new potetial boardclear.

My favorite card so far is Elise the Enlightened because of the potential combos with the card in Wild!

High Priest Amet is easily my favourite card so far because 1, I love priest, but more importantly 2, the best kind of decks, are stupid OTK decks, and HPA is the newest version of Priest OTK

In seriousness though, this seems overcosted. The effect has obvious synergies with Hyenas and Timber Wolves but that's not enough to warrant playing the spear over Headhunter's Hatchet, which effectively does the same amount of damage for 1 mana less.

You are actually referring to yourself. It's common knowledge that if someone dislikes another person, it usually means that hater finds something in himself that is lacking when he sees the other person. Instead of taking self-responsibility and work on what's lacking, its easier to spew hate.

I wouldn't hate to get this from Hunter's Pack, not sure if it will make it into competitive decks though. I'm glad it exists though, cool card.

well he looks at this game as something funny and not meant to be taken seriously as many ppl do. otherwise it can lead to rage fits and unbalanced mindset. Its a video game, its not even a physical card game, why would anyone take this game in a serious fashion? makes no sense.

Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron for sure the memes but also the fact 10 mana or 10 spells pretty fair and also can throw a wrench into my opponents plan. Its just an awesome card I know i a lot of Yogg fans will be happy with it. #Yoggforpresident

I'm a big fan of Pressure Plate. I think it could be a staple secret in many hunter decks.

This is a great card.  This is probably the second best lackey generator behind evil miscreant.  Miscreant is much better of course because it gives you a sticky body to use 2 of the lackeys on.  

The rush lackeys curve with the plethora of good 3 drops war has access too.  With lackeys + the two premium 4 drop rush minions already in the deck, warrior's early board control is looking stronger than it already is.  

Evolve lackey is good with your 3/3 bomb, militia commander, town crier, etc.  

spell lackey, damage lackey, and faceless lackey are just generally always good.  

You can't harrison this on curve and if they remove this instead of your wrench you aren't really upset, and you still get one lackey out of it.

Bad thing about this card is 2 attack for 3 mana.  It just doesn't remove most early minions on it's own but if you got your one drop then you're probably good to go.  

One of the best cards of the set so far I think.  I'm pretty hype about it.

as long as no player die in the casting, nothing gonna stop it and how about Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron casting another Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron ...

This is not a perfect comparison, but looking at Desert Spear reminds me of the discussions around Ray of Frost. A lot of people felt that it was strictly outclassed by other options like Frostbolt, but the flexibility of directing its effect at multiple targets, and other synergies for cheap spells, make it a very useful card that sees a lot of play.

Similarly, Desert Spear is hugely flexible:

• It can be a 3 mana 2/3 weapon, which is fair for the cost
• It can be a way to deal 1 damage to two separate targets (which is particularly relevant against reborn creatures and/or in conjunction with Hunter's Mark, but also good as a way to manage an enemy aggro deck and hold early game tempo)
• It can generate a decent, on-curve target for Dire Frenzy or an easy way to activate Wing Blast

It's not a terribly flashy card, but it does enough that it shouldn't be underestimated.
