I know Blizzard wanted something new but as its seemingly impossible to balance all the classes, watching control warrior mirrors and endless rogues and mages do the same thing over and over again got old very quickly.
Variety is the spice of life and all that. Specialist doesn't allow for that.
Im glad that Surrender is back in the fray after losing the semifinals of the World Championship in 2017 due to poor RNG. He's also speaking English now so good for him!
Interesting card. Devolve is really good in wild. This is worse mostly because 1 more mana, but also because it is worse as effect vs aggro decks. So it doesnt seem like a card you run as a "value" card. Im having a hard time figuring out a home for the card, so maybe it is not very good then...more like a hate card vs big decks. Devolve is good in a midrange deck, this is probably not unless the meta is very right for it.

And yes I do believe it's Tekahn in one of the card arts. But Mr. Chu also seems to have one. They could be spells of course, but it makes you wonder if all the heist heroes will get legendary cards. It wouldn't fit well thematically with the "hero classes" though...

This can draw novice engineers, loot hoarders, bloodmage thalnos as well as itself, and crystology compliments it by drawing acolyte as well as some of the aforementioned. I wonder if this card replaces Prismatic Lens in OTK paladin despite it not reducing Shirvallah's cost.

Yep, getting paid $15 per hour for a warehouse job is the pits. And all that lifting boxes all day. Oof. (I worked in a warehouse for a few years - I do not believe their working conditions are worth striking over, based on the stories I was reading.) They can always quit, and discover that 30 people are lined up to interview for their job vacancy, demonstrating how desirable their job actually is.
Great card that could see play in control or aggro Shaman decks. It'll screw up giant boards (looking at you, Conjurer Mage) but still feels balanced because your opponent could get some really good murlocs that could screw you too.
Also you can play this on an acolyte of pain to draw 3 cards and then you ask yourself "why I am playing this dumb combo instead of playing Nourish".
Because both acolyte and BEEES!!!! are fine cards on their own. Cult master is a more powerful combo but you don't really want to run cult master in your deck when BEEES!!!! is used or not drawn
Also, this card apparently triggers overkill on your own minions so drawing with ticket scalper is going to be fun. For 2 less mana, you "only" lose out on 5 damage and 4/4 of stats. Too bad two card combos are that much more inconsistent
Minion spam into minion spam into minion spam; Hand/Zoo Paladin is coming and you don't even need to hit your face for 2 Health like Life Tap and/or need to empty your hand for Divine Favor.
Rafaam does have a special voice line interaction when you play with Tekhan in the Heist solo adventure, so I could see Tekhan having a larger role in this part of the story. Which would justify him getting his own card if he is.
I think the voice line is something like "Tekhan, if all you've told me is true you are instrumental in our master plan."
